I liked that the place looked nice and the staff was friendly
No room service, no breakfast and the pool area looks bigger in pictures. Also there were a lot of stains in the rug and sofa.

Extremely long wait for service, front desk very understaffed for check in time. I had friends turned away from purchasing resort passes to join us at the pool even though the pool was empty.

The tub was disgusting and also there is no self parking, having valet come to bring me my car if I had something in it was very annoying

I don’t know, because I didn’t have an available balance in my CC, for taxes/fees of20/day to pay for the complimentary drink voucher and other amenities (not disclosed till after the reservation was made)… I wasn’t allowed to check in! However, because I then did not cancel in time, our party for the insurance, they also still charged me for the reservation, that THEY wouldn’t allow me to check in for!
