Convenient location, great room size
My bathroom smelled of urine and it appeared the nightstand and desk was never wiped down prior to my arrival because most surfaces were dusty

The rooms was small and outdated. The main downstairs bathroom had a really bad odor that never went away.

A comfortable hotel. Decor a bit dated but good enough for our 2 night stay. Front desk very friendly and helpful. The restaurant on site was excellent although a bit pricey.
The bathroom was small and in dated/ used condition. The shower was not strong abd despite complaining of the constant dripping of the bath/shower tap it was not sorted.
That it was in the city
I didn’t like that they put me near the elevator it was to much noise my bathroom sink had a leak the floor was soak and wet it sounded like somebody was tryna get in my room
Great location. Excellent, large room and Ruth Chris great restaurant connected to it.
Overall Lack of hospitality. Our room was ready at early check in, but it would cost us $75 to get in. No water in the very small lobby A $10 credit to use in the bar for anything but alcohol? Silly. And the bar was closed for 2 of our 3 days. The walls in our very nice room, were so thin we heard EVERYTHING going on next door, including their bed banging against our wall. And the pool was closed for the season Sept 14th when it said it closed in October. It rained. No umbrella available to borrow.
Very nice staff. Comfort of beds. Clean rooms and welcoming and helpful staff.

No room service, no breakfast and the pool area looks bigger in pictures. Also there were a lot of stains in the rug and sofa.
