Room was spacious and clean. Location was prime! Drove in from Ottawa and was very easy to find. Wanted to use the pool but the weather didnt cooperate (lol). Staff were friendly and helpful when needed. Hotel was clean. Would stay here again when back in Philly!

1.) The room linen was not clean: weird stains on bed sheets.
2.) The shower was not clean: had a patch of hair on the soap rack, it was moldy, any had a hole in its ceiling, and an unecessary sharp corner to cut yourself on.
3.) Fine layer of dust on tissue-box covers.
4.) Room lights were not on wall switches: had to go to each individual lamp to turn lights on or off.
5.) The refrigerator was was warmer than my cooler!
6.) The TV channels selection, was limited to the point of being terrible.
7.) The valet service was ab-so-lutely awful: we waited over 45min for our car to be brought out, the valet attendants smoke cigarettes right in front of the hotel door!, parking is not free ($50 per day).
8.) The pool is NOT heated and the hours of operation are limited to 8pm. You will not get a chill adult swim with kids splashing all over the pool.
It was my birthday so I stood 2 days but I did not know book it .com was ask for a deposit do I get that back?

Location was excellent, easily walkable to all CC attractions. The room was clean and I was able to check in about 45 minutes early.
