I don't know if all the rooms have no aircon, but the one I was in didn't have one, so my stay wasn't that comfortable. When I opened the window curtains a lot of dust would blow in the room. Need for dusting at the back of curtains.

Great service
Pros:

The service was excellent. They also upgraded my room on the house. The staff was friendly, David was kind and Revai from housekeeping. The ladies at reception were nice too.

Monomotapa Hotel Harare is the face of Zimbabwe hospitality at it’s best
Pros:

One of the best feelings as soon as step in the front door. I was welcomed with a glass of refreshment while the lovely front desk lady was checking me in . It went so efficient so friendly, the gentleman who took me to my room was equally friendly and well trained . Hotel is at international standard, not far from similar inWashing DC or Ritz London or Paris , the standards all the same . Well done Monomotapa Harare .

Pros:

Nice but no Air conditioner which makes sleeping very uncomfortable for me ! I requested the an air conditioner to be installed in my room and a mobile one was brought which led to the opening of my windows . Mosquitos entered the room as result of that ! But he overall hotel services is 100% amazing! Yummy and enticing breakfast!
