Improve standards
Pros:

I love the location

Cons:

Standards of the previous owners need to be mantained. The tagging system on the lifts is now dead. The room toilet flushing handles were broken

Great staff & the place is ideally located and front is not congested like other CBD hotels nearby.
Pros:

1. Clean facilities
2. Breakfast was great and the selection great. The only strange thing was having people dish food for you as if to control what people should eat
3. Great customer services

5. Excellent friendly staff on reception and car park

Cons:

1. The noise from touts shouting for customers late at night and in the early hours of the morning really disturbs sleep. They might need to better double-glazing to keep that noise out. This is the only things that disturbed an otherwise great stay.
2. Bathroom ventilation and sink drainage was poor
3. Bidet Sprayer was not working

Good location, clean rooms, clearly difficult to run a hotel considering Harare's poor state

Cons:

Room did not have heating or air con.
A portable air conditioner was put in the corner of the room and a tube went from the back of conditioner to the 6th floor bedroom window and hung out of it. The window was kept open throughout our stay.

Old run down facilities. The furniture needs a serious remake over. Old facilities. Not worth value for money. Only the reputable name of the hotel remains but an all facilities need a remake over.

Pros:

The location in Harare is great and the staff are very friendly. The breakfast was good value as well.
