UN MUY BUEN HOTEL PARA UNA ESTADIA EN ANTOFAGASTA PERO CON PROBLEMAS A SOLUCIONAR
Pros:

El Hotel está bien ubicado y hay restaurantes muy buenos a pocos minutos a pie. El sector es seguro y se puede caminar tranquilo de día y de noche. Las habitaciones, perfectamente aseadas, son cómodas y amplias, las que miran al mar tienen una vista muy hermosa. El estacionamiento es subterráneo, cerrado, cómodo y seguro. el personal es muy amable y bien dispuesto a ayudar. El desayuno es muy bueno. Agradecemos que nos hayan cambiado al segundo piso por el problema de los ascensores. La relación precio-calidad es buena (dejando de lado el problema comentado en lo negativo). No usamos el WiFi así que no hay comentarios al respecto. Tampoco usamos la piscina que estaba funcionando.

Cons:

Que es inconcebible que un hotel de esa categoría tuviera malos los dos ascensores obligando a los huéspedes a usar las escaleras (el edificio tiene como diez pisos o algo así). También es complicado para las personas que ayudan. Por comentarios de otros huéspedes deduzco que el problema de los ascensores no es nuevo.

Ascensores malos, mal olor
Pros:

Había buena disposición del personal, pero NO PUEDEN TENER ASCENSORES MALOS!! Inaceptable que tuve que subir por escaleras los 8 pisos!!

Mala estancia
Pros:

La ubicación era espectacular y la atención también

Cons:

Para partir el ascensor no estaba habilitado, la cama muy incómoda ( me había quedado ahí antes y no tuve esos problemas) en la mañana temprano se escucharon gritos y cantos ( creo que era del personal que trabaja ahí) por el precio no deberían haber esos problemas.

Los ascensores arruinaron un buen hotel
Pros:

El desayuno bastante completo, me gustó. El espacio era pequeño, pero no habían tantos huéspedes. Buena ubicación a todos los lugares donde teníamos pensado ir. No utilizamos la piscina.

Cons:

Lo malo era el ascensor. El único en funcionamiento se averiaba de forma frecuente, al menos en 4 oportunidades en las dos noches que fui. Mi novia se encuentra embarazada, por lo que, bajar y subir escaleras es complejo.
