A bit old wooden floor in the room that make noise

Merhabalar 2 aile toplam 3 gece 4 gün konakladık .kahvaltı gayet yeterli , hijyen üst düzey ,konumu harika, tramvay hattı ile ulaşım kolay avrupa yakasını gezmek için kalınacak bir hotel ,dönüş için otel çıkışında 15 metre mesafe ile marmarayı kullanabilirsiniz istanbul havaalanına ulaşım çok kolay memnun kaldık

Çok merkezi konumda resepsiyon ilgili odalar temiz kahvaltı çeşiti yeterli çok rahat ettik seneye bir daha geleceğiz

Beautiful building, conveniently situated amongst the shops, bazaars, eateries and attractions with balconies for watching the sun rise over Istanbul and the life on the street below. A little off the busiest of streets so more peaceful during the night but enough of life going on that it felt safe and interesting at all hours. Super close to bus, train, metro and ferry (less than 10 mins to each with one metro station outside).
For me, the best part of staying here was the amazing, fresh and delicious breakfast with lovely little changes daily. Breakfast always felt peaceful and relaxed.
A very short walk to the main bazaars and mosques and a lovely walk at that.
The staff were very welcoming and always on hand day or night and I think because it’s a family-run business they take a great deal of pride in the building and services they offer.
Loved returning to a clean and cool room after hot and dusty days travelling around Istanbul. Slept really well. Clean and cosy room, lovely spacious bathroom. Gorgeous hallways with a spiral staircase in keeping with the original 19th century design. Also a lift to access all floors. Had an intimate and relaxing feel.

Cómo oportunidad, la habitación para tres personas era un poco pequeña, no son insonoras por lo que se escucha mucho ruido de las habitaciones adyacentes y pasillo.

Nice hotel in a near perfect location for shopping and sightseeing
This location is close all forms of public transport ferry, train and trams
Maybe a 10 minute walk to the Blue Mosque and Sophia Hagia. 10 minutes walk to Eminonu ferry port and Galata bridge
Location is good for shopping at spice bazaar and grand bazaar
Plenty of eateries nearby with good variety of choices
Rooms are a little small but cosy

They cancelled our booking once we complained about room lock issue, that we simply asked in a polite way for a fix or getting an alternative room. Yet, the guy in the reception (Aly) instead of apologizing and fixing the room, he cancelled the room booking and left us with no option rather than leaving the hotel. When we escalated the issue to the hotel manager she didn’t offer any help as well and was extremely unprofessional.

I don’t recommend this hotel as they know absolutely nothing about customer service.
