Pros:

Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good with lots of options. We especially appreciated the to go boxes, as my wrestler couldn't eat until after she weighed in at her tournament.

Cons:

We were bummed to see that the hot tub wasn't working, as we picked a hotel with a hot tub so that my athlete could soak after competing.

Pros:

My wife is disabled(In wheelchair) we stayed in room 117.The handicap facilities in the room were exceptional.We've stayed at a few other hotels in the past and Best Western is the best.Staff very courteous and professional.The young lady working the breakfast bar is such a hard worker,shes always on the go staying on top of everything.

The stay was a safe comfortable place to rest after the hotsprings and that's exactly what we needed
Pros:

My family and I visited Dakota hotsprings and the hotel was only 10 minutes away and the staff was super friendly and let my daughter pick a toy from the treasure chest she was thrilled breakfast was wonderful and the staff in the dining room was a really nice lady and she took extra time to be helpful and let my girl pick another prize! I was impressed with the staff mostly just so so nice!!

Nice, clean rooms. Breakfast was good and very well tended to. Staff was great. Amenities broken
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was great, helpful, available, and flexible, Location was perfect as I was in the area for family bereavement. We have enjoyed staying at this particular location several times over the past few years. I would reserve a room here each time I knew I would be in this area as it has remained the best in the area for me and my family. We arrive from the east coast.

Cons:

For this particular stay, it was disappointing that several things we needed were not working. Upon arrival, we find out the sauna isn't working via a sign on the door. The pool was not clean and looked really dirty and foggy. It was closed 1-2 days later. We stayed a total of 5 nights. We chose this location because we knew it was a clean location and the staff has always been great. However, for this trip, we chose it for the amenities as we have kids and our purpose there was going to be slow and technical, basically boring for them. The amenities were to help them stay active and somewhat distracted from what was going on with my family. They were unable to use them. We also needed to do laundry due to the length of the stay, but when we went to use the facilities none of the washers or dryers were working. Final mention is that we needed ice in the room and for short travel while there. One of the two machines was broken. Thank goodness the staff redirected me to the machine that was working and was very helpful. In summary, this trip came down to high disappointment of the things they market for amenities were not operable. We will have to look around at other locations before returning next time as I am now less confident in the location. Not happy about that.

QUICK FAST OVERNIGHT STAY
Pros:

CLEAN ROOM NICE BIG ROOM AND BID BATHROOM. LIKE BEING ON THE BOTTOM FLOOR.

Cons:

ROOM SMELLED OF URINE WHEN WE ARRIVED. I PUT DOWN MY OWN DOG PADS. I DID NOT LIKE USING A HADICAPP ROOM AND DID NOT ASK FOR ONE. DON'T LIKE THE BATHROOM SINK OUTSIDE OF THE ROOM NEXT TO THE DOOR.I DID NOT LIKE BEING PUT AT THE BACK OF THE PROPERTY. VERY SCKECY OUTSIDE . THERE WAS NO PLACE TO EAT FOR BREAKFAST DUE TO HUGE BUS OF PEOPLE TAKING US THE ENTIRE EATING AREA. HAD TO EAT IN OUR ROOM. FRONT STAFF NEVER GAVE US A MAP OR EXPLAIN THE FEATURES WE WERE GETTING.
