location was good for attractions we were interested in.
Upon arrival Monday, June 15th at about 3:00, the front desk reception lady (Sheila?) was extremely rude, uncooperative, and zero help. She told us she'd already given her notice to quit, was miserable in her job, hated the way she was treated, so she was most unpleasant to us. Told us to come back later when next receptionist would be there. Not a good first impression of our 3 night visit... The rest of the staff was fine. Able to get our 10,000 steps in daily from only 1 elevator to our room at the very other end of the building. Very inconvenient. Ice machine (by the elevator) was out of service for 2 days. Had to ask for towels, have trash dumped. Refrigerator froze all our food....no controls to adjust temp. Air conditioner not cool properly, and we had 100+ temps 2 days in a row. Tiny amendements (soap, lotion, etc) size for an infant. Breakfast was good.
Very nice staff. They made you feel like home. I dont like that they allow service dogs because anyone can say that there pet is a service dog. Im allergic to animals. The bathroom was small and hard to maneuver. I think it just needs to be updated a bit. Overall nice.

No hot tub, pool out of order for months, plug in tub didn't work.

Check in was horrible. It took 40 minutes!!! It was a holiday weekend, so we had to wait behind a lot of drop ins with only one staff member checking people in. BW should have at least two staff at check in for a holiday weekend, AND the current staff should be trained to prioritize checkin for those with reservations first… it would save everyone a lot of time.
The continental breakfast was much better than I thought and certainly much better than Extended Stay America in San Rael that I have been to recently. There was a variety and abundance of food to choose from, and a staff to replenish constantly.

The staff and room were super good
We waited over 2 hours after check in to get a room. Poor staff had a lobby full ot people waiting. Apparently this happens on weekends always according to the front staff and manager no where in site to help.
Pool was nice, and the breakfast was quite good. The staff are very nice and accommodating.
Allowed pets in the hotel, and one near our room barked all night.
Great on both.
Room cleaning services. Was not told you had to sign up for it so none was provided entire stay.
