Cozy Stay!
Pros:

This hotel is extremely friendly. Had an interaction with Tommy and Krystle checking in. They was great. Very knowledgeable about attractions in town . Rooms were great . Cute origami with the linens . Thanks (housekeepers). Will definitely go back to that hotel . And recommend it . Breakfast was amazing. Thanks Best Western.

No fictional toilet and the pool is under construction
Pros:

Not only did our room smell like marijuana but the toilet did not work the entire time we were there, maintenance attempted to fix it three times. Their solution was to give me a broken plunger to use. I booked this hotel based on the fact that they had an indoor pool for my kids to enjoy during the winter. Unfortunately they had the pool area tore up for maintenance. I wish they would have specified this on their website.

Stayed for Valentine’s Day! The hotel staff surprised us by decorating our room!!!
Pros:

Great price! Clean rooms and public areas. Staff was friendly and helpful!! Was very surprised to see our room decorated so nicely for Valentine’s Day! Can’t wait to stay there again!!!!

Pros:

Staff was friendly and the breakfast was good with lots of options. We especially appreciated the to go boxes, as my wrestler couldn't eat until after she weighed in at her tournament.

Cons:

We were bummed to see that the hot tub wasn't working, as we picked a hotel with a hot tub so that my athlete could soak after competing.

The stay was a safe comfortable place to rest after the hotsprings and that's exactly what we needed
Pros:

My family and I visited Dakota hotsprings and the hotel was only 10 minutes away and the staff was super friendly and let my daughter pick a toy from the treasure chest she was thrilled breakfast was wonderful and the staff in the dining room was a really nice lady and she took extra time to be helpful and let my girl pick another prize! I was impressed with the staff mostly just so so nice!!
