Pros:

Got an accessible room and could not get a wheelchair between bed and counter. Bed was so uncomfortable. Advertised as queen bed...so hard and small for a queen mattress. Staff at breakfast couldn't speak English and pointed instead of talking. Juices were watered down. Reception staff was good.
