Excelente todo en este hotel! el personal es un 10! súper amables y atentos. El desayuno muy rico, típico estadounidense. La cama muy cómoda, el cuarto su´pero limpio, ubicado en una zona silenciosa.

Great location, needs maintenance but a bit expensive for what you get.
Pros:

Amazing staff, super friendly and always ready to assist when needed.

The location is great, very close to the Georgia Aquarium and WCC.

Front desk and valet staff were super friendly

Cons:

The facilities look worn down. Broken mirror fixed with electrician's tape right in front of the 3rd floor elevator. The furniture in my room, right below the mini fridge, had some very visible damage like when the particle board gets wet and swells.

The door on that same piece of furniture was loose and visibly crooked.

The AC worked fine most of the time, but occasionally would stop cooling and the room would get very humid.

Having said that the valet was super friendly, I think that 30 bucks a day is a bit expensive, especially with the parking garage being right in front of the main door. But maybe that's a standard price for the area.

Breakfast could have included options for vegans or lactose intolerant, so non-dairy yogurt, non-dairy milk, and overnight oats. Otherwise, there was very little for some in our party to eat.

Séjour magnifique. Je recommande l'hôtel. J'y retournerai certainement lors de ma prochaine visite.
Pros:

Chambre très propre, aucun bruit, literie confortable, toute petite remarque sur la qualité des oreillers qui n'était pas très top .. salle de bain très propre, douche nickel, passage quotidien des femmes de ménage.
Emplacement top aussi, endroit très calme et proche de toutes commodités, centre ville, gare, parcs, jardins, restaurants et tout.
Petit déjeuner très copieux, repas bons, je donne une note élevée. Merci pour ces 4 jours.

Cons:

Rien. juste une toute petite remarque sur la qualité des oreillers, mais ça ce n'est pas méchant, car moi j'ai déjà un problème dans le cou.. donc peut etre que ce n'est pas du aux oreillers mais bon.
