Reception staff was rude to the passengers.. The payment proceeding is inconsistent. They accepted the credit card with whom the booking was made in a first stay... but rejected it in the second. They caused us trouble just because one of the employees wanted to make it difficult. I do not recommend it.
✅️ location, valet parking (although paid, but it made us feel comfortable knowing our car is safe), friendly receptionist and valet (I haven't had the chance to converse with the other staff), assorted choices for breakfast, toiletries available, room space is more than enough for 2 people
The bathroom smells bad, and without exhaust.
The foam chairs are itchy and feels like something's crawling our skin (woke up with skin bites).
The noise from outside our room and upstairs can be heard.

Excelente todo en este hotel! el personal es un 10! súper amables y atentos. El desayuno muy rico, típico estadounidense. La cama muy cómoda, el cuarto su´pero limpio, ubicado en una zona silenciosa.

Amazing staff, super friendly and always ready to assist when needed.
The location is great, very close to the Georgia Aquarium and WCC.
Front desk and valet staff were super friendly
The facilities look worn down. Broken mirror fixed with electrician's tape right in front of the 3rd floor elevator. The furniture in my room, right below the mini fridge, had some very visible damage like when the particle board gets wet and swells.
The door on that same piece of furniture was loose and visibly crooked.
The AC worked fine most of the time, but occasionally would stop cooling and the room would get very humid.
Having said that the valet was super friendly, I think that 30 bucks a day is a bit expensive, especially with the parking garage being right in front of the main door. But maybe that's a standard price for the area.
