Cons:

Couldn’t turn off the AC, the room was very musty and smelled bad Breakfast was ok, but would have appreciated some hard boiled eggs and unsweetened plain yogurt.

El centro fitness estaba bien. te hacen el aseo apropiadamente. Buena disponibilidad de toallas y de diferentes tipos.

Cons:

La habitación tiene una alfombra que produce mal olor. Luego, la puerta del armario estaba suelta de la parte de abajo parece que ya se fuera a caer. Había algunos insectos raros que no pude identificar muy bien qué eran dentro de la habitación. El desayuno está muy regular.

This Hampton has kind and professional staff. Highly recommend.
Pros:

We arrived kind of stressed out because of a meeting we were there to attend. Tim, our Valet, and Tayy who checked us in were so kind and helpful. We forgot cash for tips and feel terrible because we would have tipped them both for their helpful kindness.

Nice location....if you arent planning on staying in your room for an extended time.
Pros:

Friendly staff, solid breakfast, clean lobby and breakfast area.

Cons:

Pillows were flat and lacked any support even upon stacking 3 of them. Matress was springy and had too much give. Shower faucet leaked constantly. Bathroom was clearly renovated recently but not well. Room had an odd smell, and mini fridge barely ran.

SHUTTLE FOR ONSITE TRANSPORTATION WAS DISCONTINUED 4+ Years ago. Was only informed of this AFTER check in as I was preparing for the following morning to take it to the aquarium with my wife. Apparently they claim "yeah...all the third party sites haven't updated this yet...."

The responsiveness of management to issues I experienced while there was exceptional. Management's responsiveness exceeded expectations. Unfortunately, there were some minor issues with the room.

2. Nowhere do I recall seeing on any website that I would have to pay an additional $25 per day for valet parking with no alternatives. This should be spelled out more clearly.
