Cons:

The level of cleanliness was not something the property values. I was appalled when I saw the room I immediately went to ask to leave and for a refund and the guy said no. So I stayed and my toilet was crooked and locked in that way. I was really disappointed

Good stay, properly quality is diminishing
Pros:

The hotel is located near many stores and restaurants. It’s convenient. The hotel was clean for the most part.

Cons:

Non-working entry door near parking lot, dirty carpet in hallways and rooms. I have visited and stayed at this location several times over the course of the past 5 years and its ownership has changed, causing the quality of the hotel to diminish.

Room was always clean and organized, the staff was always friendly and helpful, the beds were comfortable and the room environment was nice, the room is big enough for a family of 4

Was convenient easy to find. The breakfast was good and staff was helpful and courteous.

Needs some up dating carpets stained bathrooms shower needs redoing.and we had a roach in the refrigerator , alive .

Not clean enough and cool enough in room
Pros:

That the location was near the event that I was going too. And the parking garage so my vehicle wasn’t hot and parked on the open

Cons:

The WiFi block my son PlayStation so he can’t play games, the shower wasn’t clean, A/C wasn’t cooling down enough we was hot and uncomfortable we left early due to that we have asthma and can’t get hot while sleeping and Poor lighting can’t see in room

My stay was amazing at holidays inn express!
Pros:

I like that there were a microwave, refrigerator and a safe. The room were very comfortable

Cons:

I didn't like that I wasn't able to connect to YouTube or Netflix streaming on the TV. But I was able to connect on my phone ☺️
