Very clean and very quiet
Clean and quiet
Parking lot was to small and priced a bit to high
Apparently a big group had gone through & nearly everything needed to be restocked
Fixtures in need of repair, deep cleaning needed. Guessing as with many places that there may be staff shortages. Neighbors barking dog left way too long.
Great location for travelling. Nice self made waffles for breakfast and good choice.
For the price we paid I was very satisfied! It's nothing fancy, don't expect a 5 star resort but the important things in my opinion were covered; I felt safe, I felt like my car in the parking lot was safe, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. On top of that we had lots of space in the room with a couch area, a pretty decent FREE breakfast (yeah it wasn't michelin star quality but who am i to complain about free eggs and waffles) and the woman at the front desk was so sweet and funny! It's a quick 15 minute drive into downtown St. Louis so this is a great place to stay and not pay downtown hotel prices. Would stay again!
The pillows were quite lumpy so I'd recommend bringing your own pillow from home!
Beds are amazingly comfortable and the pillows were devine!
If you don't want to hear kids people in the upstairs rooms ask for a third floor. Very loud and we had runners above us.
The front desk girl was very nice
Filty room
Broken desk chair i fell out of on to floor was missing a roller wheel, I don't believe the shower curtain has EVER been washed full of black mold
No products to wash with and just a half of roll of t.p
Floors were as black and dirty do they mop.
Ok your going to say why didn't we get another room.
We traveled 13 hours straight and went to bed
Next. Next. Morning was when we noticed everything, luckily I just bruised my knee when the chair went out from under me.
I have tried numerous times to get in contact with manager but will not call me back.
Good breakfast, comfortable bed, nice property
The distance from downtown St. Louis
The first room they gave us smelled like someone had just smoked a cigarette in it. The second room was dirty, looked like someone used a dirty wet rag to wipe every down. The linens were stained and had hair on them. The towels had hair stuck to them and were also stained. The coffee packs were sticking together and had something crusted on them. The room smelled like mildew. It was a terrible experience. The rooms were not worth $15.00 a night, let alone $83.00.
One good thing I can say is that the receptionist was very apologetic and gave us a new room right away. She also gave us fresh linens twice, although she gave us the wrong size once.
Strangely enough, this hotel was very clean, and the staff was accommodating. I see strangely enough because of the town that it’s located in. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay there on a work trip again.
NA
I liked that it was low cost, not dirty or smelly.
I didn't like that the TV wasn't working and we had to wait till the next day to have it fixed and the front desk continued to call back repeatedly to ask what was wrong with the TV and tell me the manager would be back shortly to fix it and didn't till the next day. Then the next day it happened again and same story till I said I wanted to be compensated for the TV not working because I paid for that. Also the hot breakfast was cold and not good at all. The pool had slime looking white stuff on the top and dirt in the bottom. They came everyday and brought towels but didn't take the trash or make the beds.
Nothing
The pool was closed so I didn’t stay there
