Pros:

Staff was friendly, the pool and hot tub were great. Breakfast was very good a d so was the coffee. Beds were comfy and it was an all around comfortable place to be in.

Friendly with some hiccups
Pros:

Friendly staff, needed an extra blanket and they were very fast bring it up to my room!

Cons:

Heated pool was broken, icy cold., also pancake machine was broken, only 2 coffee dispenser 1 regular 1 decaffeinated ran out of coffee, was not well maintained in breakfast area.

For the price we wish for one night we would have stayed in a cheaper place.
Pros:

Great Breakfast and kind staff, Beds so comfortable and clean, the room was clean other than a few maintenance problems. Qdoba and liquor store within 5 min drive.

Cons:

Office chair bad shape; Tub wasn’t draining when you showered, lounging chair stain on it. Few places to eat. Hot tub not working

I was surprised how old and outdated the hotel was considering the cost.

The location is a good stop if traveling I-70. Just off the interstate.

The bedding and towels were old. The room definitely needs a redo.

Great pet hotel! Not so great for humans.

Cons:

Front desk inattentive to people with allergies to pets. Couldn’t be bothered to try to get us a room that had not had a pet in it. Front desk person was dismissive about our concerns. If you’re going to allow pets the. You need to be able to handle people with severe reactions to pets. Otherwise it’s a pet hotel.
