Breakfast was good
Only one handicap parking space and it is not a regular configuration. There should be an extra marked space for wheel chair access. It is so narrow that in order to get in or out of right side the curb is rubbing on tires.
I was in room 226. The room above me has a major problem with the floor. Every time the person in that roo 326, walked the floor cracked and snapped VERY loud. Sounded like a structural problem not someone walking and thumping on the floor. So loud it woke me a 10pm, 1 am, 5 am. Not a good nights sleep. I had been up to drive for a class since 3 am so I was trying to go to bed early and rest for next day in class.
The front desk check in was good.
People above us kept us awake most of the night so we were too tired to eat breakfast, just wanted to get home so we could sleep. Bathroom and closet doors did not close all the way. broken lamp shade, tv was hard to figure out, and dirt on the bed spread. Would not agree with booking.com about a refund or partial refund. Will not be staying there again.
The breakfast was excellent. The staff had the food hot and never let any item run out. Best I have had and seen in my 10 years of travel!! Exceptionally clean. I was so impressed, I gave the lady service the items a big tip.
In the room, you could not see how to adjust the temperature/ thermostat. Had to have a person and adjust it for me. The service was excellent. I no longer ask for help , and within minutes a person came to adjust the thermostat. Wonderful service.
