Staff was great. Convenient location.
HVAC smelled musty and outer area was full of grime and dust. I wiped the filters with a Lysol wipe and also cleaned the outer vent.

Loved everything
Breakfast was great, good choices and not just breads and cereal. Location was perfect for what we needed. Harley shop next door was a bonus for my daughter.
The bathroom could have been cleaned better. Shower and floor was clean but the walls around the toilet could use a good scrubbing. Boy moms could spot it right away (pee splatter thats hasn't been noticed or clean for a awhile). I worked in a hotel a long time ago, I understand the turn over time line but it looked as if it hadn't been wiped down for sometime. Other than that it was very clean.

The guy who came to the reception (I guess he was actually a cleaner) was extremely rude and unprofessional. That was the first time we had such unpleasant experience at a hotel. We decided not to stay there in the end.
