Breakfast is my main meal. Very dissatisfied
Pros:

Waffles are not breakfast! Last time I had eggs, bacon, and I thought gravy at your location. Milk cartons frozen. Waffle mix would dribble a cup in about 2 minutes. Big lady was no help. Little Blonde stayed on phone probably 3-4 minutes when I checked in, never said hello !

Cons:

Room was not vacuumed. Pills on floor. Maroon and white one when we got there and next day. Then we laid up on counter.

Amazing
Pros:

Very clean rooms, nice bathtub/shower with jacuzzi jets and full sized bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash. AC worked great, staff was friendly and helpful, pool and hot tub were kept clean, sheets and pillows were soft, and they had a full sized ironing board which came in handy. Location was in a perfect spot, noise was limited, overall great experience. Will hopefully be back soon for another work trip.

The pool was indoors and the area was t
Hotter then it was outside the whole 5days we stayed. The room was stayed on 3floor and there was not A/C on that floor and no air flow. Very outdated building. There was a microwave in the room that wouldn't pop a bag of Popcorn it would over heart on the outside it was super hot.

Cons:

Did not have my reservation and did not stay at your hotel. Was not happy that my booking did not make the reservation in a timely manner. Do not charge my card I did not stay there.
