Although our stay was short, it was a very nice experience and had a lot to do if we stayed longer

The hotel clerk was wonderful

Cons:

Our room smelled like smoke, they moved us to another room, just aggravating. The people before had stuffed bathroom vents full of tissue to keep cigarette smoke smell hid, rough experience.

Didn't stay long but for how long is was there very great place to stay long time and short greatme

I was very happy with the comfort of the room and the bed the food was examen. The women that helped us when my grand child got sick was so wonderful and helpful and made my grandchild feel happy and comfortable I was very happy we choose this hotel.

Clean and well maintained!
Pros:

I love Holiday Inn express. It’s my go to for generally every vacation!

This particular Holiday Inn express was exceptionally clean, neat, well-maintained, and everyone I encountered there were friendly, and working like bees in a hive! Kudos to the management and staff!

My needs were met.
Pros:

I didn’t eat breakfast there we already made plans to eat somewhere else. It was very clean and it felt safe to be there.

Cons:

I feel it needs some updating. The shower was slippery. I used a towel in the bottom so I wouldn’t slip.

Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Cons:

I was told by the front desk clerk that she would refund the 2nd night because I have asthma and became very sick and had to come home to go to my doctor. Ended up having bronchitis. I have not received anything on a refund.
