Pros:

It was close to the venue I was visiting. The beds were comfortable and good water pressure and temp in the shower.

Cons:

The breakfast left alot to be desired. Some kind if protein would have been greatly appreciated. The air conditioner didnt keep the room very cold even with it set at 63 degrees. We put the constant fan on but it turned off after a while. There was a constant buzzing from the light over the sink and the hair dryer only worked when it was plugged in. No off button or high or low speed. Had ti plug it in and unplug it everytime we used it.

Noise levels- other people where noisy throughout the night - it might be worth while to put a sign up between 9:00 and 8:00 am please hold sound / voice levels down

2.being close to the event I was participating in

Cons:

Didn't like the fact that the clerk made a copy of my driver's license upon check in. How do I know it won't be used for identity fraud or something. Have no problem showing it to verify identity, but you don't make of it. How do I know it isn't being used for criminal activity. He also made a copy of my charge card which should have already been on file.

Disappointed stay
Pros:

We always stay here because it's on our way home.

Cons:

The room was nasty this time, bathroom really needed a deep.clean, shower curtain wouldn't not stay closed. The shampoo smelled like dish detergent, the walls in the bathroom and in the room were dirty. The corner of the dresser was broken and chewed on. The staff need to be more considerate of their religious practices at work as incense can cause allergic reactions. It smelled very bad in check in area. This stay was very disappointing this time!!

More than I expected for the money and worth every penny.
Pros:

I have to be honest: I’m a single woman who travels and I’ve never seen a parking lot so well lit. There was little congestion and I felt safe walking from my car to the door.

Cons:

The front staff was very pleasant and the breakfast staff was amazing. The rooms were remodeled and the AC was everything.
