Greenwoods Inn & Suites

My stay at Greenwoods Inn & Suites on July 26, 2026, was the worst ever. Hmm, where do I start?
The first room assigned to me was probably last used a decade ago 😳, so I was assigned another one, just as bad as the first one, but bearable. The room had stained carpet and mismatched furniture; the nightstand had scratches and water stains. The room was damp and humid, giving it a musty odor of old dust and an unbreathable feel. Luckily, a can of Lysol spray from Walmart made it bearable for a night. The fridge barely worked, not cold enough to produce a bottle of cold water for a hot summer day. Finally, the bathroom shower had no shower head; the stream of water came out forcefully under high pressure, like fighting with a giant hose. Oh, what a mess! I don't know how they stay in business 😕 Never again. Please, please, I hope this review will be directed to the owners to improve this facility!

The sheets were nasty and stained as if they hadn’t been cleaned.There were no overhead lights.There was a lot of suspicious activity in and around the place.When o would go to leave or comeback, there was people outside of the hotel there was men smoking illegal drugs.

The property had no sheets on the bed. I always look for bed bugs before staying somewhere. Upon pulling the comforter back I saw a roach or bed bug run off the mattress it ran too fast couldn’t tell. It was blood on the mattress i checked the other mattress it was blood on that mattress. Immediately left and requested a refund. They do not care and know saying they will tell the cleaner. lol baby you need to do more than that. Truly disgusting place 👎

I really didn’t like the rooms at this property. The walls were dirty, the bed linens were dirty, and the bathroom was not clean. The bathroom ceiling was covered with yellow stains, the smoke detector had been covered with a plastic bag, and there were noticeable stains throughout the room that could not be overlooked.

The room is filthy the bathroom is gross there was a dead roach on the wall it’s disgusting

The room was a disaster. There were holes in the walls. The walls were dirty. The tub looked like they hadn't cleaned it in weeks. I saw roaches. All the appliances were old and barely functioning.

Shower rod missing, dirty sheets, dirty floors, broken door, stab marks in bathroom door, bathroom floor tiles popping up, hallway floor was warped, creaky and dirty, hotel smelled bad, room smelled bad, parking lot not clearly marked for ease of entry.

I booked for 2 adults..when going to the room you can smell cigarette smoke and barking dogs...finally reached the room unpacked to shower only 1 towel and 1 wash cloth...called front desk ...nothing could be done till morning..never received towels had to go yo Walmart...all they said was sorry...never will return!

I paid for a king suite n it def wasn’t

Unsafe they have the door deadbolted shut that is the exit for fire escape door and they took off the door knob
The front desk are rude and unprofessional and the lady stole my belongings and then denied it

No hangers...no elevator
