Pros:

Breakfast had a good variety.

Cons:

Mold in bathroom. When we asked room service to return in 10 minutes they never did. When we asked for our towels to be replaced because room service never returned we were treated rudely. Lots of transients around the area. Mini fridge was about useless. Definitely won't be staying here again.

Pros:

Breakfast was average but appeared to be kept up on.

Cons:

The staff attempted to accommodate but was unable to. Listing stated that there was a pullout bed but they didn't have anything in the hotel with that. The air conditioner wasn't working in the first room and transferred us to another where the air conditioner was making loud noises throughout the entirety of the stay. The rooms were not cleaned and they did not replace towel or blankets when going into the room. There was stuff on the wall that looked as they didn't clean it along with the garbage can. The shower handle was broken and not repaired. When addressing these issues they said "sorry for that" but did not do anything further.

Disappointed with the cleanliness of one of the beds, which affected our comfort and sleep during the stay.
Pros:

The staff was fine, the check-in process was smooth, and the location was convenient for our trip.

Cons:

One of the beds had a strong urine smell, which made it very uncomfortable to sleep in. After a long drive, I was hoping to rest well, but unfortunately I was unable to relax or get a good night’s sleep. I was unable to report it that night because everyone in my family was already asleep.
