Breakfast was hot only if you got there right when it opened.

Cons:

No carts available. My husband had just had surgery and no carts made it very difficult.

Pros:

Great stay. It was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our first room the TV wasn't working. They tried to troubleshoot the problem but then moved us to a new room with no problem.

Pros:

It was in a good easy part to get to in town

Cons:

The room was disgusting there was used straws and microwave food box tops and trash all over the room like they didn't even care to clean or vacuum bathroom was also dirty. The tv also did not work and when I contacted the front desk more then once there was no answer but when I went downstairs the front desk guy came right out.

Cons:

Our bathroom was dirty when we checked in. Dirty towels, hair everywhere, a contact lens on the floor from an other guest. It took 45 minutes for the hotel staff to come clean it and kept my whole family awake waiting. Our keys never worked and we had to go get a new one almost every time we needed to enter our room.

Pros:

Breakfast was good and stocked which was nice because we came late. Staff was great. Room was clean.

Cons:

Comforters weren’t comfortable, pool/hot tub looked murky and yellow. I think that was partially from the lights but I felt uncomfortable the whole time.
