This hotel had a nice lobby and good reviews but upon check-in and entering the room I sat on one of the beds and looked around and saw how instantly gross it looked and then I saw it!! A DEAD MOUSE and it was rotting not fresh!!! It also had garbage around it, specifically a gatordaide bottle cap by it and a sliver of a shiny piece of garbage. Nothing was hiding it, it was slightly under the bed but completely visible!!!! I was in the room less than 5 minutes before seeing it! I immediately took my baby and toddler to the front desk, explaining to the employee what I had just saw! They showed us another room that was just as dirty! I got a refund immediately and left!!! I took a photo but I am not posting it here because it is disturbing!

Cons:

The room was dirty. The tv also had no signal. The internet was also not working. I also had a noise complaint. I was in the room for less then 3min when front staff knocked on my room to tell me to lower down the noise because we were to loud. I stated that impossible I just got here.

Pros:

Great stay. It was clean and the staff was very helpful and friendly. Our first room the TV wasn't working. They tried to troubleshoot the problem but then moved us to a new room with no problem.
