I won't be staying here again...ever.
Pros:

The breakfast was somewhat adequate. Most of the hot dishes were cold. The waffle mix took an unrealistic time to fill up the cup in order to make a complete waffle.

Cons:

The cleanliness of the room was unsatisfactory. The bathroom sink looked like it hadn't been cleaned in some time. The roll of toilet paper was half gone with no spare. The bathtub was no very clean as well. The window was so dirty that you couldn't really see out of it. It was absolutely filthy. The beds smelled like feet, they were uncomfortable, and the pillows were nearly as flat as cardboard. The Keurig coffee maker was pretty nasty. I made one cup of coffee and it tasted horrible. The hot water in the lobby, when I first got some out of the thermos, was brown.

Fraudulent charges, terrible customer service
Pros:

We stayed only one night but were fraudulently charged for stays on two nights. We stayed on the 16th but were also charged for a stay on the 13th. Repeated calls on the local & corporate level were unsuccessful. Fortunately, the Fraud Unit at Chase resolved the issue. Avoid staying at all cost.

Not recommended
Pros:

I had bed bug bites first two nights of my stay. I contacted the manager and they dismissed my concerns. The pool was closed one day and hot tub closed five days during my stay. I would not recommend this hotel.

The prices per night were a little higher than expected but it was peak season that we were there

The pool was cloudy and we only got to use the hot tub once because it needed to be repaired

Location was good for our destination and travels

Cons:

Amenities were listed as available, and once we got there it stayed closed and unavailable through our entire stay. Hot tub was listed on website and booking site as available and was not. Room needed to be better cleaned and bugs were in bathroom under vanity area and in kitchen area

Amazing stay, no restaurants close by
Pros:

Every stay here is always amazing, even if the parking is scarce. Restaurants are not close by either, but there is some good ones about 8 miles into Bend.

Pros:

For the price I would expect a nicer hotel . The window in the room I stayed in was broken . The screen had holes in it . This hotel needs to be updated.

Not a BW Plus standard.
Pros:

This hotel in need of some upgrades. The elevator was dirty, our room had coffee runs on the bathroom door which was grubby anyway. The beds were clean and comfortable though .
Breakfast not too bad although some of the chairs were stained and worn.
We would not stay at this BW hotel again.

Great stay, everything we needed
Pros:

Room was spacious with plenty of room. Bed was very comfy. Daily housekeeping. Good shower. Plenty of charging points

Staff pleasant . Only downside not that many good restaurants nearby
