Quality Inn & Suites Ft. Jackson Maingate

Front desk is very rude n u cant contact manager when its a problem n they will steal ur money off ur card n say u not paying for things u see coming out ur account that u paid it

It was ok, mostly clean, huge smell of pot on the property. The sweet lady managing the breakfast did a great job. The front desk girl at check in was personable

Sausage was missing, but everything else was good.

The reviews were misleading. The pictures were misleading. The property was disgusting. I did not even stay a night there.

Check -in was great, and the desk agent was very friendly, helpful, and has great customer service skills. My tv didn't work, and she quickly moved us to another room. It was a pleasant stay. My only problem:. I was going to have a brief medical procedure, and couldn't eat at the breakfast time. I just got 2 slices of bread to eat on the dive, but was told that i couldn't take it to the room, so i said i was taking it to the car, and was told that was not allowed. What? Who doesn't want you to eat in a room for which you have paid. I just threw it in the trash. Is it better to waste it, thank to much on it to prevent nausea? Shame. I will not stay there again.

The floors were so dirty it was very dusty the bathroom door was broken and the room smelled so bad

They make sure we got fresh towels and good breakfast and great customer service

The associate was friendly. Truck was stolen and we couldn’t get any help from the hotel to get footage or video. Asked for corporate number or an email to speak with the owner and was told they don’t have a number or email for the owner and that we would have to wait until the owner comes in later that day around 10. Hours passed and I had my sister to call and check to see if owner was in and they said owner won’t be in until Monday. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL BECAUSE IF YOUR VEHICLE GET STOLEN, THEY GIVE YOU THE RUN AROUND. Police was called

I would rather sleep in the park than stay here. Rude staff, stained walls and ceiling. The toilet backed up and we were given a mop and plunger to fix the problem even tho we didn’t cause the problem.

Esta propiedad está bien ubicada, la playa está al frente, tiene piscina frente a la playa, nuestra habitación tenía balcón y se oía las olas, todo muy bien

I felt safe. The staff was friendly and the property was clean. I will be back!

We liked the pool and the breakfast was good the beds were comfortable the floor was very dirty and the bathroom door was to big for the frame and would not close so no privacy in the bathroom

Great spot to stay!

My stay was OK. The hotel is somewhat rundown and more like a Motel with the "hallway" to your room is outside. Traffic noise is loud. Room and bed were generally comfortable and clean but run down and worn out, outdated and rather spartan. Food in the morning was good and the area was tended to well and was clean. The stay was a value proposition as my I was moving my daughter back from USC for the summer and surrounding properties were nearly twice the price for graduation weekend.

The property was not kept well. The bathroom door had a hole, as if someone had punched it.

The staff was professional and efficient. The room was comfortable. There was a tissue stuck in the peep hole, the ice bucket was dirt, the seal on the bottom of the door was coming off, and the toilet leaked. The hotel it's self was quiet. The location is good but getting in and out can be tough.

There was many things that needed attention like chipped bathroom ceiling , cracks in ceiling molding, broken bathroom faucet , sink was dirty and it stunk like cigarettes even thou it was a no smoking room , iron holder was coming off, bathroom door was ruined at the bottom and bathroom had mold at the ceiling. The staff barely had friendliness or a smile. Only the dining room lady was so helpful and friendly. She was always ready to help and give a smile. The other workers don’t even know how to do that That's part of customer service greeting and treating customers with a smile and be friendly. I’ve been to other Quality inn. Never seen anything close to this bad condition

I know we had a smoking room but it reeked of smoke. I coughed all night. I spilled water on the floor when I went to wipe it up three towel was black!! It was super sticky so I knew it was dirty. This was ridiculous
