The breakfast
Breakfast was good and i think the location was ideal for guests. I am excited to say that I will be returning with my wife this coming weekend. Overall it was a good stay.

I drove for 1.5 hours tying to locate the place because no address and everybody thought they were rand McNally and no one knew that there was 4 la Quinta north of Austin ugh
Name them and I wanted to stay at La Quinta round Rock not interstate 183 @i35 noisiest room ever
The room was a good size. I like that there was a good size fridge and microwave. The gentleman who checked me in was very very pleasant .
There was no soap in my room and I was told that I would have to come down to reception to get some. That came as a surprise. I was very disappointed and inconvenienced because it was late night. I had to get dressed and go downstairs to get something any hotel room would already have.
The carpets in the hallway were not in good condition and looked dirty. That was a real turnoff.
When I arrived downstairs an hour before the end of breakfast, I was told there were no more eggs. I could not eat the meat provided so that meant I had not protein to eat that morning. I don't drink coffee and didn't see tea but didn't bother asking for it for fear I'd be told there was no more tea either.
Breakfast was ok but the staff stopped cooking after 7am. Ran out of eggs and when I asked the staff to make more and she said no more
bed wasn't too comfortable
Breakfast was not good at all!!!
The pool and hot tub weren't open.
The lady was very rude and unprofessional at the front desk. I booked la Quinta to attend a funeral in Austin and whenever I arrived I realized the hotel wasn’t close to the location I needed to be at as Austin is a big city. I asked if there was any way I could get my money back so I can book another hotel that was closer to the location I needed to be at and she got an attitude with me and then lied and said I showed up and decided I didn’t want to stay after showing up so that they wouldn’t refund me my money for her comment but thank you to the Double Tree Austin University Area they were great.
the hotel itself was good, staff was great.
the people there smelled like weed and just didnt seem very family friendly.
Easy access off highway and fast check in
Noisy people in hallways all night long it seemed
