The shower wasn't working. I traveled to Austin for a meeting that started at 10 a.m., and I missed it, as I had to wait for the shower to be fixed—they didn't finish repairing it until 1 p.m.

Pros:

Bed was comfy.Good snack options. Had longhorn game day gear out for purchase that was genius.

Cons:

Elevator did not work . They had us on 4th floor ( husband has lung disease) so that was not great.Get up there door didn't open .We had to wait while they changed the batteries on our door. Only had half roll of Tp when called down stairs lady didn't answer WALKED down all the stairs and she is just setting there !

Horrible. The place is the worst I’ve ever stayed at.
Pros:

Cons:

Elevator didn’t work, pool is closed, parking is NOT free, photos listed are not how the property actually looks, the carpet throughout the building is peeling up, the light in our bathroom did not work and the place was FILTY. Homeless people hanging out around the hotel.

The price was great.

Cons:

The manger was not nice . Horrible check in experience. Carpets were dirty and outside there was trash off side of door and don’t even ask about pool area. Very dirty property. Rooms were decent and clean. And the breakfast. Just fruit and cereal and boiled eggs. Not what the pictures showed online very deceiving.

Cons:

Place was a dump for being a LaQuinta. The elevator was out of order and to compensate, they didn’t charge us for parking. Seriously?!?! Who charges for parking? The television in the room had a security lock for any program that was R rated. When the front desk was called, they were no help and said they haven’t ever had that happen. The “breakfast” they advertised was terrible. A couple of bland cereals, a loaf of bread that had been laid out, hard boiled eggs in a dorm fridge and pop tarts that were not in packaging and laid out charcuterie style.

The fact out was off the highway was the only positive thing

Cons:

We booked a disability room with roll in shower and we're not given an accessible room. We were told that they didn't think we needed it due to our age. And another guest who was older and just wanted more room was given them room instead. They were able bodied and my wife is paralyzed and in a wheelchair! It was hard to move around the room and she couldn't access the shower! I had to carry her to the toilet from the door because her chair didn't fit in the restroom! She had to use wipes to clean herself because she couldn't access the shower! The clerk even made backhand comments about how her grandmother didn't have the luxury of having an electric wheelchair and only had a manual chair. She was annoyed that we weren't happy with the regular room and wanted a shower chair at least!
Breakfast was very limited and completely gone 30 minutes in. The bananas were brown and there was nothing refilled!
We waited for a manage to contact us and no one ever did! We couldn't find another hotel with disability access last minute that we could afford so had no other choice but to stay there! NEVER AGAIN!

The location was good enough for where I needed to be

Cons:

I have stayed at La Quinta‘s and other cities and had wonderful experiences this time they had limited options for breakfast. The coffee was cold. You had a choice only of waffles or cereal. The facility needs massive upgrades. I stayed in our room where there was holes in the curtain and mildew as well as the elevator did not work there the 2 1/2 days that I was there so I had to go up three flights of stairs every single time.

Pros:

I liked the prices and ability to book with no problem, the staff was really nice and welcoming as well

Cons:

There wasn’t much I would change, I would just recommend getting the elevators fixed as soon as possible!!
