We had an excellent stay at this accommodation. The room was spacious, very clean, and well-equipped with a kitchen and dining area, which made it especially comfortable. Parking is available in the garage for an additional fee, with plenty of spaces and direct access to the hotel, which is very convenient. Overall, it was a very pleasant and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

Goed verblijf gehad in Gent, maar jammer van de kamer.

Cons:

Er stond dat de familiekamer bestond uit 2 slaapkamers. Omdat we met kinderen reizen hebben we deze kamers speciaal daarvoor uitgezocht. Dit blijkt niet zo te zijn. De ruimtes zijn niet afsluitbaar en dus 1 grote open ruimte. Erg onhandig met kinderen.

OK except the shower flooded my room.

Cons:

My room was flooded with water because of the leaking shower door which I asked for repair a day before. Ruined my morning. Asked for repair and cleanup. They repaired second time but did not clean up.
