Stay was very good but the hassle with the booking was poor. Unnecessary & an inconvenience.
Pros:

Very convenient, so close to the motorway.
Although both rooms faced the motorway soundproofing was excellent, no traffic noise to disturb our sleep.

Cons:

Reception not manned in the morning when I rang prior to stay.
When I originally booked both rooms, one was booked as a single occupancy & the second booked as a twin.
Booking was on a non refundable basis, then the two days prior to stay I received a message saying the booking could not be guaranteed.
The second room could not be guaranteed as a twin room it may be a double bed !!!
I was to contact the property the day of the stay to see if property could honour the original booking.
It took TEN attempts over a period of an hour before my call was answered only to be cut off when transferred. Before my ELEVENTH call I messaged via emailed & I still await a reply ?
When I actually got to speak to a member of the team I was assured the booking for a twin room would stand as per original booking.
Why the unnecessary hassle of ELEVEN phone calls just to be told the original booking stood !

Biraz şehre uzak ama bizde araba vardı sorun olmadı toplu taşımaya mesafeler nasıldır bilmiyorum ama yakınsa sorun değil gayet güze bir otel

Will definitely stay again, great location. Clean, warm and lovely breakfast.
Pros:

Great location just off the motorway, near the sports stadium.
Warm welcome with a little box of chocolates and a bottle of water for us both.

Cons:

Nothing, it was great. Excellent breakfast too.
