Very clean, comfortable, safe, great atmosphere in lobby, food was fantastic!
Clean, comfortable, had everything I needed for my shirt stay.
The pillows and bedding smelt stale, not dirty, just not fresh.
I absolutely love this place. It’s one of my most favourite places to stay. I love the energy, the vibe the games the pool. I love how it gives you a little feeling of being on vacation like Las Vegas or in a tropical destination when you’re really in a snowy Canadian town good job
Location was good, didn't have any issues.
The price was a touch high. I was hoping for an early check in but they wanted to charge for that so I just waited. My only real complaint is the AC did not work. I like sleeping cooler and it was 23 degrees when I entered the room, I set the AC to 19 and it ran the whole time but thermostat never moved off 23.
Great location. Free parking. Good breakfast. Nice clean and spacious rooms. Friendly and helpful staff.
Everything was great.
We absolutely LOVED Hotel Arts! We decided to do a staycation for our anniversary and booked through TravelZoo for a discounted rate and F&B voucher. We stayed for one night in the King Room with balcony. We were on the 7th floor and in a corner room by the elevators and ice machine. The noise was insulated really well and didn't bother us at all! Room was spacious and clean and the King bed was very comfy. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful at check in and made brunch reservations for us as well as accommodated an early check in and late check out. We did a poolside reservation and the service was excellent and cocktails were delicious! Was a perfect temperature in there for wintertime. We went to Freestyle after for happy hour and tried the YYC EXP tasting menu and it was incredible. Again, great service. It was our anniversary and they gave us complimentary champagne which was a nice touch. We had brunch buffet at Yellow Door Bistro the next morning and it was phenomenal. Unique items and everything was hot and fresh. Great service as well. Check out was easy and everything was billed correctly. I loved our stay and can't wait to go back!
Location was perfect
The bed was very very uncomfortable
We love using this hotel as a staycation for our family. Great pool, great amenities!
Nothing
Friendly helpful staff, clean well keep rooms, great location walking distance to restaurants and sites
Very close to Lougheed House, big bright room, above grd parking included
Foyer was a bit dirty, but it was wet outside..
Rooms are quite dated. Mattress was comfortable but the bed frame itself was torn on every single corner it seems. Bathrooms super outdated. For a “Luxury Room” there wasn’t anything luxurious about it especially the bathroom.
Fantastic gem of a hotel :). Loved the restaurants in it & the pool. 5 mins away from other food places. Initially I got checked into a room that had no view but the front desk fixed that for me. Very helpful staff. I will be coming back here for sure :)
