Would never stay again.
Pros:

The location was great.

Cons:

The communication from staff. I was never told parking underground was charged. They just asked for my license and never once mentioned it. There was a power outage the whole night one of our nights and there was no ac, my tow little kids didn’t sleep at all because they were sweating. We were told construction wouldn’t start till 7 am it started at 4 am outside. We were told about the outage upon check in so not even a chance to book somewhere else. They didn’t refund for the entire night like they should have as the experience was awful and the staff at the front desk at checkout was dismissive and rude.

The location was great for exploring Calgary
Pros:

I liked the location, it was very convenient for exploring the downtown area. Room was comfortable and clean. Underground parking easy to access.

Cons:

I found out by booking with a third party that I had to pay $15 daily for parking. Breakfast is not included. Also found the shower to be extremely slippery. I stayed at the hotel with my daughter and both of us found we had to be very cautious in the shower with a slippery floor.

Prima locatie. Prijs kwaliteit niet in helemaal in verhouding
Pros:

Fijne locatie, parkeren onder hotel. Ruime familiekamer, alles netjes.

Cons:

Prijzen ontbijt veel te hoog.
Zwembadsfeer niet aan ons besteed. Leek Ibiza wel met alles wat daarbij kijken komt…. Kinderen vonden het publiek heel raar.
Als ik dit van te voren had geweten had ik een ander hotel met zwembad gekozen.
Balkon zonder stoelen
Prijsverhouding tot de faciliteiten niet helemaal in verhouding.

Letzer Stop in Kanada
Pros:

Sehr schönes Hotel in toller Lage, um Calgary zu besuchen. Es liegt nicht direkt in Downtown so dass es entspannter zugeht. Man kann das Zentrum aber bequem zu Fuß in unter 10 Minuten erreichen.
Das Zimmer war sehr ansprechend und gemütlich, der kleine Balkon bot einen schönen Blick.
