All the amenities and services you could want with a hotel!
Pros:

We arrived early in the day from very early flight and they allowed us to check in early and we were so thankful! Our room was quiet and a good size! I love the smell of the hand soap so much I bought one to take home! We used gym everyday next door which was amazing! Many close delicious restaurants walking distance! Stayed 3 nights and would stay again!

Great location to Lougheed House

Cons:

Saturday nights are noisy downtown. I rented Sponge Bob Square pants for my niece and was charged $25.00 which I found excessive

Great location; expensive hotel for what it was
Pros:

Location was great (close to lots of restaurants and town centre), parking lots, room decor was nice

Cons:

Demolition across the street (although we were warned about this in advance), room quite small and on pool roof level (often had people wandering about - perhaps for maintenance?), valet out front told us we had to 10 mins to get our suitcases out and return to our vehicle (despite signs saying 20 mins and front desk staff giving us this option to unload), room was on smaller side, pool was busy and we never used it because of this, expensive for 2 nights

I recommend this.
Pros:

We were greeted by a lovely front desk employee and I really wish I could remember her na,e. She was very polite, smiling and treating us amazing!! Very friendly. I had my dog with me and she gave her attention and provided us with a little treat bag (which was super cute!). The room is small but it's perfect for a what is needed.

Cons:

I needed some ice and the ice machine definitely needs some cleaning. It had some black stuff coming out from it so I had to go downstairs to request for ice. A good upgrade on the machine would be ideal.

Das Hotel ist sauber und bietet geräumige Zimmer. Einzig der Pool hat enttäuscht.
Pros:

Das Zimmer mit der Aussicht war hervorragend.

Cons:

Der Pool ist sehr klein und die vielen Kinder, die dort gespielt haben, waren leider sehr laut und rüpelhaft.
