Staff were friendly.
In one word: disgusting. Even at this price point, there should be a certain standard of cleanliness.
If I knew the city better, I would have slept in my car. But too late and too tired to argue, so I slept at the desk.
Obvious water damage, very poor cleaning. Ants on the dirty floors and in the bed. Crumbs everywhere: in the chairs, on the horizontal surfaces, round floor corners, lamp stands... they should at least provide a complimentary lysol disinfectant.
Shower was filthy. I wore my socks into the shower...
Location
Very old
Good for a one night stay
Hill climb to rooms didn't suit someone with a walker
Location and price.
Facilities are getting a bit tired.
Very little. Our room was large. Comfortable bed.
Run down…outdoor area is poorly landscaped & cared for. Interior carpets dirty along the edges of corridors. Lack of electrical plug ins throughout the room. One receptical had 3 loose fitting plugs in a plug extender….? Fire hazard!!! No place to plug in personal devices ie phones, laptops. Bathroom needs upgrading!!
Front desk clerks as well as the young overweight security person seemed very careless & offhanded when asked any questions. Perhaps their understanding of English language was limited.
Attached restaurant poor quality of food and service. Staff inexperienced and evtremely poor language skills.
Ie.. a hamburger was served with a small bowl of noodle soup which was so salty it was unpalatable. When questioned about it the response “ it comes with the hamburger”…..Strange!!
The ac didn’t work. The only way to cool the room was to open an exterior door.
We requested a different room and were told that they were full. They then said that they would refund 50% but they have NOT done that either.
Have functioning air conditioning.
Very clean , good staff and great location
Noting
A lots of noise from street and I could not sleep well
Stuff were rude
Location was bad
Good location and the area is very quiet.
Uncomfortable beds and pillows. Super loud AC. Very bad internet connection.
Noise from highway. Not a problem for me but maybe for some.
駐車場が止めやすく、部屋の広さも十分でした。

We appreciated the quiet atmosphere. Dual entry to the room. Very helpful staff. Great price! Highly recommend!
Friendly, welcoming staff
Amazing on site restaurant
Quiet. Clean comfortable room
$4 each for a pop in the vending machine
There were a lot of issues at the Ramada in Coquitlam.
-Swimming lessons during regular pool hours; my Daughter and I were told to stay on certain ends of the pool so he could do the lesson. My daughter is 4 feet tall, she can't go in the deep end. Numerous other kids were told the same thing. They got splashed from a kid jumping in. They told them to not splash. Yet when they same, the instructor and student were splashing everyone else.
-Vending machine: Paid $3.50 for a bottle of water, it didn't vend. Went to the front desk to ask for help. On site manager told me it has nothing to do with the hotel, that I needed to call the guy who owned the vending machine to settle it. Even offered contact information to me. Dude, this is your hotel, you fix the problem.
-By the 3rd day, their pool was disgusting, hair, dirt and other stuff floating everywhere at the bottom of it. Their filtration system probably isn't working. Was told they would address it the next time the pool guy was in. What about all the people paying $200 a night with kids that want to swim??
Overall, very unsatisified, won't recommend to anyone. Will be posting on other sites.
