Mouse in my pillowcase, mouse feces on bed sheets, woman’s underwear in bed, dirty,TV turn on, faucet not working right
Pros:

ZERO rating. Rodents, bugs, and more.
I booked my stay on January 22, 23, 24, 2026. I reserved my room in spite of the low reviews. I thought it would be suitable for my brief stay. Big mistake!
The second night, while I was arranging my 3 pillows, I noticed the end of one of my pillowcases being opened. I leaned over to look into the end of the pillowcase and saw a mouse looking back at me. The mouse was not the least bit frightened and did not move. I picked up the pillow by the edge of the pillowcase and carried it the short distance to the front desk. I held the pillow over the desk to show the woman manning it. She started to look and then backed away, asking, “What is it?” I said, “A mouse!” The poor woman recoiled in horror across the check-in area before opening the door and going into the back office. Immediately, a man came out. I’m not sure if he was the manager. I couldn’t tell by his name tag and asked what was going on. I showed him the mouse peeking through the opening of the pillowcase. He took the pillow out the front door and dumped the mouse out and came back in.
As he was coming back in, I went back to my room and grabbed the flashlight I had and started looking over my room. I flipped back my sheet and covers and saw mouse feces all over the sheets. I shined my flashlight under the bed, but there wasn’t much to see because the bed sits on a base that goes to the floor. I then shined my flashlight under the headboard at the head of the mattress where I observed, sitting on a plug, that was plugged into an outlet, a black pair of lacy panties. I gingerly picked up the panties and handed them to the manager who took them and then dropped them on the floor. In his hands, he brought new bedsheets for my bed. He was going to change out the sheets because of the mouse being in my bed. Seeing the black panties, he changed his mind and said he would give me another room. He said there were no more ground floor rooms so he was giving me a room on the second floor. When I made my reservation, I requested a ground floor room because I have difficulty with the stairs. I had no choice but to accept because it was almost midnight. Ramada does not have an elevator. I had to make several trips to bring up my hastily packed belongings while the manager brought up just one small thing for me.
Finally settled in my new room I got in the bed to relax. As I lay there, I could hear a loud drip drip drip. I got up and went to look in the bathroom and there was no dripping water from the faucet on the sink or the tub nor was the showerhead drip dripping. The dripping sound was coming from inside the wall. Also, there were spiders in the bathtub. After disposing of the spiders, I went back to bed to try and get some sleep.

In the morning, I went down to the front desk early and was greeted by a new lady at the front desk. I asked to speak to the manager, and a man came out, but it was hard to tell if he was the manager or not since I couldn’t see that on his name tag. I gave him a brief summary of the previous night and said I wanted to check out a day early and I did not want to have to pay for it considering what had happened last night. He said there would be no charge as long as I was out today by the 11 o’clock checkout time. I then brought up paying for last night, and he said he would give me a 15% discount. From the look on my face, he changed his mind and said that there would be no charge for last night. I started to say something about being charged for the previous night because I’m sure I was sharing my bed with a mouse and for sure panties. Before I could get the words out, he handed me a card and said if I wanted anything else, I needed to contact the general manager. Dennis Espadilla, General Manager.
When I returned home, I tried using the email address on his business card and found it to not be a working email. I then tried to call the phone number on his business card. The front desk answered. I requested to speak to Dennis Espadilla. The front desk transferred me to a number that went right to voicemail. I left a voicemail and then tried again several more times. Then I tried to talk to the front desk, and I could hear the phone be picked up and then hung up. Several more times I tried with the same results.
I must add that the TV did not work, and the one-lever hot-cold handle did not work right. It was hard to find hot or cold or to mix them.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with a hotel/motel.
If you are thinking of staying here to save a little money like I did, DON’T DO IT. Your health and well-being are at risk.

—>FYI: Mouse droppings and urine can transmit several diseases to humans, including hantavirus, salmonellosis, and leptospirosis. These diseases can be serious and sometimes fatal, so it's important to handle rodent droppings carefully and maintain cleanliness to prevent exposure.

Pros:

It was clean, everyone was nice.

Cons:

The suite I stayed in was not sound proof at all. There was a connecting door to another suite and I was woken up by the people there at 4am. There was also no way to boil water to boil water other than the microwave (which smelled like ravioli) and the Keurig machine (which smelled like bad coffee) so I had ravioli flavoured tea. A kettle would have really helped. I can rent someone’s basement for a day for the same price and without these problems.

The location is great if you need to get around quickly, but if you're looking for luxury this is not the hotel for you.
