Great location!
Pros:

Great place to stay! Clean rooms. Loved that there was a shuttle provided from airport to the hotel, but it would have been much better to also have a shuttle service included to take us to the cruise port! Breakfast was great! Highly recommend!

Cons:

Need a complimentary shuttle to cruise port. That would be an extra perk that would boost reservations. I felt like hotel prices were higher due to FIFA World Cup being in town.

Good facilities and location close to airport with free shuttle and good checkout times
Pros:

Good room close to airport with free shuttle service, breakfast and 12:00 checkout. Short walk to good choice of restuarants nearby with liquor store opposite.

Cons:

Was in midst of renovations so breakfast was basic and in lobby but this is a temporary situation.

Location was good for us , close to the train station to get us to the city, and close to the airport for our leaving trip

Excessive renovation works in the reception areas, hotel perhaps should have been closed down for a week to let the workers have free access

Cons:

We were pre-warned there was work going on but the impact on reception/breakfast services and chemical/paint/resin? fumes from work ops throughout rest of hotel was grim. Felt sorry for the staff trying to keep the front of house going.

Ok but not for $300/night
Pros:

Room 507, one night

Brief stay before international flight.

The good:
Location proximity to YVR, room was clean, wifi worked, staff was friendly, bed ok, shower was interesting with dual heads.

The bad:
Lobby under renovation, not functional. Parking felt very tight. Room had some noise from outside, despite being at the end of the hallway and top floor. Pillows were abominal, get new pillows...

Paid $300/night, stop gouging because of the World cup.

Might stay again because of it being the only Hilton property near the airport.

Being remodeled - rooms still need help
Pros:

Few things needed attention in the room. Closet door needs repaired, shower door doesn’t stay closed (adjustment needed), there was what looked like black mold in the corners of the shower door.

Mattress is old. They do NOT have flavored creamer!!!!

Not a place I’d stay at again.

Hotel is verouderd. De ontbijtruimte werd verbouwd doordat er slechts een beperkt ontbijt aanbod was en niet echt een gezellige ruimte om te ontbijten.

Cons:

Im Hotel fanden Renovierungsarbeiten statt, die zum Zeitpunkt der Buchung (eine Woche vorher) NICHT angegeben waren. Wir hatten noch einen ganzen Tag Zeit um Vancouver anzusehen bevor wir zum Flughafen mussten und hätten unser Gepäck im Hotel deponiert. Dies war durch die Renovierung nicht möglich. Eine recht unfreundliche und überforderte Person an der „Rezeption“ war auch nicht bereit eine Lösung zu finden. Das Frühstück wurde im Eingangsbereich zwischen wartenden und Arbeitern angeboten.
