Super breakfast, great location

It was very convenient for shopping and the GO Train, as well as restaurants. The staff was all very helpful and friendly. Just a wonderful atmosphere.
Just wish that it had a hot tub.

Had to change rooms when we first got there due to cleanliness of the room. The second room was better but needed upgrading as well.

The area is less secure and more frightening. My car was stolen from the parking lot. They should install more outdoor cameras as prevention methods
Entrée très spacieuse! La dame du contoire a été très patiente avec nous lors de l’accueil à cause d’un petit problème. Le déjeuner est très sympa aussi: bacon plusieur sorte de fruit, gaufre, pain dorée, il y avait même des croissant avec du chocolat sur le dessus et l’intérieur qui étais exceptionnelle!
Au début on pouvais réussir à ouvrir la porte coulissante de la salle de bain avec 1-2 minutes d’essais….mais après avoir comprit le truc ça allais un peu plus vite.

No microwave. No complementary water in the room like other Holidays inn.. paid to get one at front desk. Hard to get the extra towels, cleaner told will give tomorrow when they clean the room. Front desk guy was nice when I check in.

It was nice but does need updating.
It was noisy when other were in the corridors, also lots of noise from coming outside of the windows, people shouting.
Also, breakfast was reasonable, but the furniture had stains on them.
I won't be visiting that location again.

Sent email On feedback on IHG platform then supervisor of front desk sent me an email claims they never received it. They then provided their direct email and sent email again and still no response. Customer service follow up is TERRIBLE!!!
