For 3 days stay the hotel only supply us one face towel! Unbelievable! Asked the lady cleaning the rooms and the Indian lady said no i don’t have your room on my list, she did not provide us the face towel! So rude

Pros:

The room was spacious. Nice security as well as you cannot enter the hotel without a room keys after hours or use the elevator. The staff were helpful with what they could do.

It was very nice and I would stay there again.
Pros:

Liked the pool very much. The hotel was quiet. We have a lovely king bed that was very comfortable.

Cons:

There wasn't really a bathroom fan, just a grate in the ceiling.

The breakfast was hit and miss some days. When the ladies were in charge it was good. When the man was in charge is was not as good (he did not clear the tables until all were full of dirty dishes.

The room facing away from the road had a nice view. Housekeepers did a better job than the last time I was there

It was good, would stay again. Just be more clear about the restaurants hours in your advertising
Pros:

It was clean and in a good location for what we needed. Bed was comfortable

Cons:

It was really inconvenient that the downstairs restaurant wasn’t open on weekends. That restaurant was a feature that helped us to decide to book as we didn’t want to leave hotel property. There was no other restaurants we could walk to so it was disappointing to have to drive somewhere to eat. I think it should be advertised and clearly stated that the restaurant isn’t open on weekends

My stay there was fair. I suggest that you provide restaurant services on Sunday evening
Pros:

Salima in the restaurant was very courteous

Cons:

The male receptionist who checked me in was rude. I told him that he was only able to work there because of guests’ patronage.

That it was secure. Needed a card to enter from other doors that didn’t pass the front desk and to access the floors.
