Cons:

I checked in at about 11:30 pm. Five minutes after checking I went outside to get bags to take up to the room. Upon return, the pass that was given to me, was not able to open the lobby door. The receptionist was no longer at the front desk, so I was outside for a while in the cold until someone came to let me in. Additionally, the Shower wouldn't drain. My pregnant wife and two kids were not able to take a shower before bed.

Was okay, fairly accessible via public transport and close to the airport
Pros:

The staff were great, the water was warm

Cons:

The AC has automatic fan mode which combined with the carpet was not great for my reactive sinuses. They didn’t clean the bathroom well, when we requested they clean we were ghosted twice, so we stopped requesting

Cons:

Our toilet was broken and they said they would send someone at 11 pm to fix it but they never did so we spent the entire stay with no toilet. Our phone was broken so we couldn’t call the front desk. Then maintenance and house keeping both tried to come at 9 am.

Overall, was a good stay - likely to return
Pros:

Room was large, microwave was provided which was a plus. It had all the basics - mini fridge, kettle, coffee/tea. Room was clean.

Cons:

Location was not ideal but convenient to grab a cab. Furniture looked like there were recycled from garage sale.
