Needs massive upgrades/renovation.
Have been staying there for 10+
years - ONLY upgrade is the lobby!!!!
Heating/airco is virtually useless.

Zero air ventilation.
Woke up choking several times during night due to DRY air.

Cons:

Guy in the room beside me, was talking with Friends at three in the morning.
Then his alarm kept going off, even though he was in the room for about an hour until we knocked on the door. When I reported to staff, they said they didn’t know anything about it and didn’t offer to try and make anything right with me as a client Customer.

Pros:

Service, location, all basics are available, staff are amazing.

Cons:

The room TV wasnt smart so no Netflix, YouTube...etc
The windows in the room cant be opened, would have been nice to get some fresh air.
The room service follows the restaurant timings and are not available all the time.

A great stay with great staff! The beds were comfortable and rooms were clean! I would stay again!
Pros:

The property was well maintained. It has friendly and helpful staff. The price for a night wasn’t bad at all. It was well worth it. There is lots of parking.

Cons:

The one thing I didn’t like was the pool was next to the restaurant, and if you want a quiet breakfast, you may not get one.
