Breakfast was great, room was perfect, highly recommend this hotel. Why spend so much on a hotel downtown when you can stay at this lovely hotel and take the go train downtown, a no brainer!

I stayed 2 nights 1 night there was so much noise coming from a neighbouring room it kept my kids up. There were also a ton of ants all over the counter and in the bed

Staff very helpful and friendly. Hotel is very clean. The pool is large and well maintained. Gym is also a decent size. Breakfast was included.

Extremely hospital & higher level of aminities. Only bad thing were the beds. Extremely soft because of age I think. Please fix that as mattresses should be at least a 6-7 firmness…. Not 2-3. (Way too old & soft). I asked for something firmer but front desk said there was nothing else??? I believe it’s next to impossible to not have a firmer bed in all those rooms???
