Incompetent service
Pros:

Arrived back from Cuba Jan 21 at 2:15 am and had a reservation at holiday inn 600 dixon. Shuttle service on reservation was 24/7 so I phoned and they said no shuttle service until 4am. I was left stranded so I called a taxi to hotel. Complete incompetence...

Good over all!
Pros:

Close to the airport and comfortable. Staff were lovely and the restaurant Perkins and the pool were great!

Cons:

Property was dated and needed some work inside and out. Room was good though.

Que en la publicidad indicaron “Estacionamiento privado” dando a entender que estaba incluido en el pago de la habitación pero al llegar nos indicaron que debíamos pagar $25 por noche.

It was too many people just lurking around my room every time I left out of my hotel room someone was standing by door if I sneezed someone could hear me in the hallway it wasn’t a pleasant experience not going back there….. police were at the hotel every day homeless people stayed in the parking lot and trash was in the parking lot bad.

Would not recommend
Pros:

Not much, since they send me to another hotel

Cons:

When I arrived, they first took my info like a normal check in. Then they proceeded to tell me I can’t stay at the hotel for some unclear reason and they will send me elsewhere. I said I was going to have dinner at the adjoined restaurant with friends and the staff member who was helping me said I could stay for that and then they would arrange taxi for me. Another staff member comes up and hears that, and says ‘Well, can’t the friends drive you?’ in quite a rude way. I tell him no they can not, and then ask where they will send me. He just says ‘South’ in a cold tone and walks away. They also wanted to keep my passport and didn’t transfer my breakfast booking to the new hotel and now I had to pay for breakfast again since they wouldn’t pick up the phone to confirm that to the new hotel. Staff could really try to be a bit more kind and helpful.

Pros:

There were a lot of restaurants in the area. The staff was friendly at the front desk. The room service was nice. I thought we were out of luck using a microwave, but front desk had one delivered to the room.

Cons:

My only complaints were that there was trouble with the slidig doors when we first got there and also possible miscommunication with the maid service. One of the maids walked in on us. Luckily, it wasn't a big deal.

Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk. De pendelservice naar de luchthaven is ook erg fijn.

Big comfortable room. Good bed. Clean newish looking hotel

Cons:

Long wait for check in while second clerk acted busy instead of checking people in. Parking was extra $20. Breakfast that I searched for was not included, another $50. My great deal turned out way overpriced
