Friendly staff, very accommodating and great breakfast

Hotel was great, but communication could have been improved. We used the shuttle bus service to get to the airport. We were not told to be at the meet point 10 mins before time, this resulted in a tense conversation with the concierge which could have been avoided if we’d been given the information when reserving our spaces.

I stay at this hotel regularly when I come to Montreal. It is centrally located in the West Island and on important access roads to the immediate area as well as downtown. The hotel has been recently renovated, is always clean, well-kept and has a good restaurant, bar and fitness room.

Clean

Coffee wasn't stocked, shower gel was empty, kitchenette had no dishes, pull out couch had only a mattress cover and a thin blanket (no sheet). Pool was rather gross but also overcrowded with a tournament. Reception staff were great

It’s was ok ok parking was something we all were scared of this is the best hotel in the area though.

Very comfortable stay. My room was clean and relatively quiet considering the hotel is situated at the side of the Trans Canada Hwy. Staff were all friendly, welcoming and helpful. As a solo traveller, I felt very safe and would stay here again without hesitation.

Clean rooms and very friendly staff.

The service was disappointing. We requested an extra bedsheet/blanket, and although the front desk confirmed they provide them, we never received one. Despite following up multiple times, the staff did not deliver, even after offering it initially.


At the breakfast the staff was really good then came to our table multiple time to make sure we if we need something.11 stars for restaurant staff

Hotel was ok, nothing to complain the surrounding was middle of kinda no where though.

I called before I booked a room here specifically to ask if there was a 24 hour airport shuttle and was told there was! Definitely not true and me and my family were forced to split into 2 taxis to get to the Motel, when the got to the motel it took about 30 minutes to finally get checked in. This motel is not family friendly at all!

The property seemed okay at first, but check-in should have been my first red flag—they demanded a $250 cash deposit. Once we got to our room, we discovered the toilet wasn’t working. I reported this to the front desk at 10:10 p.m. (we had checked in at 8:50 p.m.), but no one ever showed up to fix it—even after waiting up until 1:30 a.m.
The problems didn’t end there. When I went to check out at 4:45 a.m. to catch the airport shuttle at 5 . I was delayed at the front desk while they sent someone to check the room before returning my $250 deposit. Meanwhile, my wife was waiting outside for the shuttle. The driver was rude to her, saying something to her in French, and then left without us because of the delay at the desk.
The hotel eventually paid for a taxi to the airport, but by then I was furious over the way my wife was treated and the overall experience. Between the cash deposit, broken toilet, lack of service, and rude shuttle driver, I cannot imagine ever staying here again. I would strongly advise others to stay clear of this hotel

They came to clean the room. I did not like it during the breakfast which I pay, in the moment when my son wanted to go to the room, the guys told him (bother him) he needs to pay the bill, my son felt very bad and wanted to stick with us because he did not want any stupid comments again. I didn't know was because racism, as we are spanish, or just to bother. People has to work and keep comments out of the table. period!

Ledge of the window was missed by the housekeeping.I have to clean it myself since I have kids that can easily touch the area.Pool is warm and my kids enjoyed it!So far the warmest temp we've experienced.Whirlpool is a bonus.BUT they don't replenish the towel supply in the pool area that could also mean lobby will be wet because people from the pool are still dripping wet.Stayed with family this Labor Day long weekend.

Sofa bed was not that much comfortable. Better version of sofa bed would be a good add in in future.
