This is not a 4 star hotel - Disappointing
Pros:

The location was convenient to access the city center.

Cons:

Our bedroom and bathroom were not clean, the walls were dirty and / or damaged and it clearly needed some renovation. Towels were dirty and / or torn. The air conditioning system was not working properly, we called the reception and we were told that they were going to fix it from the reception… it was never fixed. Breakfast was disappointing as nothing was fresh and everything was mostly highly processed and industrialised food. There were construction workers going up and down the lift with materials and tools. We asked for complimentary late check out (only one additional hour) and were asked to pay additional 15 Euros for that. Across our bedroom door on the corridor floor there were trays with rests of food and drinks - it was not picked up or cleaned after for one full day.

L'isolation phonique est assez catastrophique, bruit du couloir et de la chambre mitoyenne. La climatisation(qui marchait parfaitement bien) est très bruyante. Pensez à prendre des boules quies

L'amabilité du personnel d'accueil et de restauration. 105 euros pour une nuit dans un 4 étoiles petit déjeuner compris c'est imbattable surtout quand le petit déjeuner est de qualité et que le mini bar est compris.

Cons:

L'accès et l'aspect intérieur ne sont pas à la hauteur de l'hôtel. L'insonorisation est peut être à revoir surtout un soir de fête de la musique...

je choisirai un autre hotel dans clermont ferrand

Chambre suffisamment grande et bien équipée, la salle de bain

Cons:

nous avons très mal dormi a cause du lit trop mou (lit une personne) .Il faisant trop chaud dans la chambre par ce que la climatisation était inopérante et bruyante, en plus des bruits de couloir la nuit (claquement des portes des autres chambres). Dans la salle de bain la baignoire était glissante et dangereuse
