Pros:

Beds comfortable and room clean. Staff kind.

Cons:

The pool was freezing and last time it was very warm. The entire reason we booked this hotel and brought the kids was because it was an expected warm pool like our prior visit. But the water temp was extremely cold. Also TV didn’t work frequently got the “no signal”.

Wonderful hotel
Pros:

A wonderful hotel. The rooms are well appointed, with comfortable beds, sitting and working spaces, good lighting, refrigerator, coffee maker, good closet space, great water pressure in the shower. The buffet breakfast is great. Daily housekeeping is available. The location cannot be beat, as there are shopping malls, great stores, restaurants (Mayan, Italian, French, Argentinian, Korean, American) and 24-hour convenience stores within blocks.
