A very good stay.
Pros:

Excellent location, large room with very good wi-fi. Restaurants and malls are very close by walking. I enjoy my stay there and recommend it to anyone coming to Guatemala.

Beds comfortable and room clean. Staff kind.

Cons:

The pool was freezing and last time it was very warm. The entire reason we booked this hotel and brought the kids was because it was an expected warm pool like our prior visit. But the water temp was extremely cold. Also TV didn’t work frequently got the “no signal”.
