Les employés sont extraordinaires et je me suis senti très pris en charge par l'équipe... Même que les employées se sont excusés de l'attitude d'une seule personne au comptoir très désagréable. j'ai constaté un esprit d'équipe entre les employés.

Lors de mon deuxième chek-in lorsque je revenait à l'hotel de retour d'un longue voyage la dame a la reception était desagreable et aucunement courtoise... elle n'a pas fait de sourire, elle utilisé un ton de poste de pouvoir avec arrogance... je ne veut meme pas le redecrire car ma mère, une personne agée a developpe de l'angoise pensant que nous allions pas pouvoir rester a cet hotel..... tout ce que je voulais était de rentre a ma chambre et me reposer mais cet accueil a reveillé inquietude et a engoisé ma mere.... j'ai partagé mon sentiment avec certains membres de votre equipe et il se sont excusés sans que cette attidude leur appartienne.... juste a decrire les evenments je resents a nouveau un stress à l'interieur....

Good location central to much of what one might like to see in Guatemala City
Pros:

It is located right in the hotel area, very close to most things. Some great restaurants in walking distance, appeared to be safe to walk around even a night.

Cons:

Free breakfast? We just looked at their menu but it wasn't very enticing. But we walked maybe a block from the hotel to a restaurant/bakery called San Martin where the food, service, cleanness were up to par with any place in the USA.

Dont use their transport from airport
Pros:

Room qnd location was very good

Cons:

Do not is their transport from the airport as you will pay 2-3 times more than taking a taxi direct from the hotel.
The staff are unapologetic about ripping us off for the taxi fare while being tired from travelling
