Disappointed from the beginning and impression did not change over 6 days.
Pros:

It was a poor experience from the start for us but once room issues were resolved we had a more pleasant experience. Initial De-luxe suite not acceptable due to not being part of the hotel proper. Asked for room in the hotel and were moved to less expensive room but with no adjustment offered.

Cons:

See above. The fridge in the room reported as not working but not acknowledged or fixed. Had in-house dinner which was not to an acceptable standard for any restaurant.

Neljän tähden hotelli, sai itsrltäni 2 ja puoli tähteä viidedtä.
Pros:

Sain aamupalalla joitain gluteenittomia tuotteita,

Cons:

Huoneessa ei ilmastointia eikä parveketta. Melu ulkonta kantautui ikkunoiden ollessa auki. Pieni pariviode ja turha toinen 80cm sänky jo muutenkin ahtaassa huoneessa. Ei mitään laktoosittomia tiotteita. Ei edes kahvimaitoa.

Nice but overpriced
Pros:

Great location, friendly staff

Cons:

Towels weren’t properly cleaned, the room was too hot as we couldn’t control the temperature, and the bathroom does not have any kind of ventilation.
Bugs were also found.
