Pros:

Modern clean hotel and rooms. Restaurant staff were very welcoming and helpful

Cons:

We had a room overlooking a courtyard where the staff came through a fire exit when starting their shifts between 7-8am. Very noisy bang every time the door was left to close shut which was every few minutes. Suggest something that allows the door to close quietly.

Pros:

La habitación era amplia, acogedora, insonorizada, cama amplia y muy buen colchón.
Muy cerca del centro, caminando. Veinte minutos al Trinity College.
El personal de DIEZ. Muy amables y simpáticos. El personal de recepción fue muy muy amable, a nuestra llegada. Igualmente muy amables el personal de cafetería/restaurante. Muy atentos y agradables, el personal de limpieza y servicios.
Un hotel al que no me importaría regresar si vuelvo a Dublín.

Cons:

No tiene nevera en la habitación. Aunque en Booking aparece que sí.
Llevábamos una medicación que necesitaba refrigeración y el personal de recepción nos solucionó amablemente este asunto.

udany pobyt ze względu na pogodę która była dużo lepsza niż prognozowano.
Pros:

Lokalizacja bardzo korzystna w stosunku do naszych potrzeb (zjazd w Centrum kongresowym), pokój od strony podwórza zapewniał ciszę nocną. Pokój czysty, zmiany ręczników-codzienne, podobnie jak sprzątanie. W łazience podstawowe środki czystości o łagodnym zapachu. W pokoju woda do picia- codziennie uzupełniana. Szybka cicha winda.
Lunch w hotelowym barze bez zarzutu.

Cons:

Hotel nieco zaniedbany, wymaga pilnego remontu , wymiany wykładzin i bezwzględnie oświetlenia w łazience, gdzie trudno zobaczyć cokolwiek w lustrze nie mówiąc o wykonaniu makijażu. Brak lusterka powiększającego (standard w większości hoteli tej klasy) i dodatkowego oświetlenia nad głównym lustrem.
Śniadanie kontynentalne, ale można przecież serwować jajecznicę z jaj a nie z "proszku". No i brak sałat.
