Super eigentlich, würde dieses Hotel auch andere Empfehlen🫶🏻
Pros:

Es war sehr kreativ und hatte viel zu bieten. Wenn man Informationen oder Fragen hatte, wurde einem immer geholfen. Alles war stets sauber, und die Mitarbeitenden der Hauswirtschaft bzw. die Reinigungskräfte haben ihre Arbeit hervorragend gemacht.
Bitte richten Sie ihnen einen herzlichen Gruss von mir aus. Sie haben alles getan, was man von ihnen erwarten kann, und waren stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Man hat gemerkt, dass sie ihre Arbeit mit Sorgfalt und Engagement ausführen. Dafür möchte ich mich herzlich bedanken.
Ich hoffe, dass sich ihre Arbeit lohnt und sie nicht so sehr kämpfen müssen. Sie haben ihre Arbeit wirklich klasse gemacht. Gott segne eure Hände.

Cons:

Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war, dass wir ein Zimmer mit getrennten Betten bestellt hatten, dieses aber nicht erhielten. Stattdessen bekamen wir ein Doppelbett. Ich hätte ausserdem gedacht, dass für 1000 CHF auch ein grösseres Zimmer angeboten würde.
Ich hätte mir auch mehr Informationen gewünscht. Denn ich kann mich erinnern, dass bei der Reservierung über Booking stand, dass das Frühstück inklusive sei. Während unseres Aufenthalts mussten wir das Frühstück jedoch zusätzlich bezahlen.
Ich finde, ein grösserer Überblick oder eine spezifische Infokarte zu dem jeweiligen Paket, das man reserviert hat, wäre sehr hilfreich gewesen. Es lag nicht an den Hotelangestellten – sie wussten ebenfalls nichts davon und konnten auch nicht sehen, dass wir getrennte Betten angegeben hatten, obwohl dies bei der Buchung ausgewählt wurde. Das fand ich überhaupt nicht gut.
Ich frage mich daher, wie das passieren konnte. Normalerweise sollten entweder wir oder die Hotelangestellten darüber Bescheid wissen.

Very comfortable and enjoyable.
Pros:

The breakfast was excellent - even for a vegetarian - and the view from the breakfast room was fantastic.
The room was very comfortable with everything we needed.
The swimming pool was excellent (although the route through the spa was a little dark and poorly labelled).
The lounge area was very pleasant.
We also used the beach provided by the hotel, which was also excellent.

Hotel located in a very upmarket area of Rimini and very convenient for the beach

Elegance of public area. Breakfast room fantastic. Pool bar area lovely

Cons:

Carpets in corridors need renewing.
Pool area small. Didn’t like that half of it was under cover. Also our room was located above the undercover part of the pool and it looked very messy and dirty.

Per il prezzo pagato assolutamente sconsigliato (170€ a notte + 20€ a notte il parcheggio + 10€ per lasciare l’auto parc

Il personale è stato molto gentile e competente
Convenzione con la spiaggia che si paga direttamente in hotel

Cons:

Il bagno della stanza era sporco (wc e doccia), il receptionist si è attivato immediatamente per risolvere ed ha mandato l’impresa di pulizie a sistemare.
L’aria condizionata funzionava male
Ogni servizio è a pagamento (Spa, parcheggio)

Nagyon tiszta, közel a parthoz. Gyönyörű kilátás az étteremből a partra. A reggeli változatos és extra finom, mindenféle minőségi termékkel, többféle növényi tejjel, prémium felvágottakkal, gyümölcsökkel. A lobby látványos, jó az illat, a személyzet nagyon kedves és segítőkész mindenben. A bárban a medence mellett isteni olívabogyót adnak a rendelés mellé.

Very friendly staff, good location, big terrace convenient for drying clothes etc. Overall, a very good choice to stay in Rimini!

Cons:

There was a slight sewer smell in the bathroom after taking a longer shower. Breakfast options were a little limited, but not too bad.
