Pros:

今回は出張で利用しました。駅から少しありますが、落ち着いていて、部屋も広いので私は気に入っています。宿泊費も駅近の他のホテルに比べるとリーズナブルだと思います。ホテルの前にコンビニがあるのも便利です。

ホテルは落ち着いていますが、設備は古いので、部屋の中で仕事をする際に、コンセントの位置がわかりずらい点や、他のビジネス仕様のホテルに比べて、作業をする机の照明が機能的でないなどの点が気になりました。

Pros:

高齢の親を伴って大人家族5人で宿泊しました。デラックスツインルームはコネクティングしていただけて一部屋にエクストラベットを作って貰って其々ゆっくり休めました。お風呂の湯量がとても強くて大満足でした。12階に美味しい中華料理屋さんがあって個別にアラカルトで頼みましたがどれも美味しかった。朝ご飯も種類が多くて満足でした。スタッフさんが丁寧で優しくて直ぐに対応して下さったので心強い感じでした。施設設備は少し古い感じでしたが（蛇口が硬い、洗面台のひび割れ）サービスや食事が良かったのでかなりカバー出来ました。

Pros:

喫煙のデラックスツインに泊まりましたが、タバコの部屋臭が気にならず、良かったです。部屋もキレイで快適でした

Cons:

確認をして泊まりましたが(納得済)、やはりトイレとお風呂は別が良いですね。
後、お部屋の照明はもっと明るい方が良いかなと思いました。

よかった点はとくにないです。
いたってふつう

Cons:

窓が完全締め切りで、1mmも開かない。
外の空気をいれたいと思ってもできないのが、自分的にはかなり嫌でした。
少し位開けれるようにしてもいいと思います。
何の為の窓ですかね。
シャワーヘッドの隙間がきたなくていやでした。

残念
Pros:

清潔で，複雑なやり取りはなかったところとコンビニが近くて駅も分かりやすく行きやすかったです。

Cons:

道路のすぐ隣で、夜の車の爆音が何度となく聴こえ防音があまりできていなかった点と行った時の手続きに個人情報を書かなくてはいけなかったところが簡潔でなく，残念でした。

One thing that can be improved, I would suggest non smoking floors. I had a non smoking room but the hallway smelled badly of smoke.

12Fの中華からみる景色は、水戸を少し一望できてのんびり過ごせました。

写真でみるより古かった。
お部屋の天井はしみになっていたりしていた。ある意味広めの部屋に予約取れて良かったと思いました。

Pros:

La chambre était très grande, avec de grands lits simples, un canapé et des fauteuils, beaucoup de place pour étaler les valises. C'était très appréciable. Les lits étaient confortables.
Le petit déjeuner était bon.
L'hôtel était très bien situé, à 5 min de la gare.

Cons:

Le fait qu'il y ait une toute petite fenêtre et pas d'éclairage au plafond, seulement plusieurs petites lampes.
Les rideaux n'occultaient rien du tout.
Et la clim faisait beaucoup de bruit.
