スタッフの皆さんは、大変親切で概ね好印象を持ちました。
Pros:

車いすの高齢者を連れての観光旅行でした。事前に伝えると、ホテル脇の駐車場を特別に使用させて頂きました。ホテルから離れた場所の駐車場だと、移動が大変だったのですごく助かりました。本当に感謝しています。

Cons:

チェックアウトの時間が11:00だったので、ゆっくり朝食を摂ることができると思いこのホテルを選びました。しかし、朝食は9:30までで、まだ、数名の客が食事をしているのに、9:15 になると隣のテーブルに消毒液をスプレーで撒いて掃除や片づけをし始めました。最近宿泊した別のホテルでは、朝食時間は10:00までで、客がいるのに掃除や片づけをするようなことはなく、ゆっくり朝食を楽しむことができました。ホテルの性質が違うのかもしれませんが、非常に残念でした。

地理位置很好，离水户站近，楼下就有便利店。樱川步道近，可以沿着步道去千波湖、偕乐园。

最好每天都可以更换毛巾。住了三天，没更换过毛巾，没打扫过房间。
