The hotel room was good and clean
Worst experience in getting an invoice for the booking. Booking.com and hotel pointing each other and end up with not providing the invoice
Spacious and elegant

Location was good - we booked the Orchid Suite for some plentiful space, so that was good.
Staff service - we wanted to drop our bags off for storage an hour before check-in so we could go into Tokyo, but they were just placing luggage in the foyer with minimal security or eyes on. So we took bags back to airport for greater security. No microwave in the suite was pretty incredible - nearly everywhere else we have had one. Staff service was so so, and our suite wasn’t the cleanest, there was toilet paper on the shower floor, and no bottled water (a staple at every other hotel). No desk breakers, but some gaps to note.
Die Lage ist top. Man ist zu Fuß in nichtmal 10min beim Terminal 3, es gibt aber auch Busse die regelmäßig zu allen Terminals fahren.

全館空調で4月なのにヒーターがついていて暑く、全員汗だくだった。OFFにしても暑く、窓を開ければ飛行機の爆音と排気ガスで最悪だった。
Friendly staff, convenient shuttles to and from airport and to Narita city, thank goodness for the new family Mart in the hotel. Comfy firm beds.
Central AC doesn't cool enough (and windows are supposed to stay shut).
Buffet is quite expensive, although we did not try it.
It was a surprise to us that you needed to pay to access the pool. This should have been more clearly communicated when booking. The price to use the pool is cost prohibitive for a family (1650 adults, half for kids).
The free shuttle to and from airport was great.

We had the buffet dinner. Some of the items were lovely eg slices of steak, of which we had plenty.

The restaurant could have had nicer furniture. It felt a little cheap with plastic chairs.

Muy cerca del aeropuerto, hasta se podría ir caminando. Servicio de shuttle del hotel al aeropuerto y viceversa y al centro de Narita y al AEON mall. Tiene restaurant para comer en el hotel y abrieron un Family Mart 24 hs en el hotel.
Very well located, large beds and very large room. Perfect to spend the night before heading to the airport the next morning as the shuttle service is excellent.
