Mheh. It was a serviceable space.
Pros:

Location was great. The shuttle was timely and a nice perk. The front desk staff were efficient and lovely.

Cons:

The AC did not work, the restaurant’s à la cart menu service was slow and delivered even slower. My food was cold once it was delivered.

Excellent service in the bar and great value
Pros:

The bar area on top floor was excellent, the colleague running the bar was was very nice and professional, dark hair maybe about 50 ish years old

The location was great.
The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

It was disappointing that I wasn’t able to reserve the shuttle bus.
I stayed at this hotel because I needed to be at the airport by 6:40 the next morning. However, I was told that shuttle reservations were not accepted. Since there was a chance I might not be able to get on the 6:30 bus, I had to be waiting for the 6:00 bus at 5:50. The hotel front desk also told me that if I waited 10 to 15 minutes before the bus arrived, I would probably be able to get on.
Before the bus arrived, a very long line had already formed. We were lucky that our bus left exactly full and we were able to board. If possible, I would have preferred to avoid that kind of stress and uncertainty.
I was also told by the hotel staff that it is difficult to get a taxi at that time of the morning because it is busy, and that a taxi needs to be booked the day before.

Świetny pobyt
Pros:

Duże przestronne pokoje, wygodne łóżka, miła obsługa, dostępny sklep na miejscu, transport na lotnisko a także waga dzięki której można zważyć walizki. Hotel znajduje się niedaleko Terminala nr 3. Nie słyszeć żadnych samolotów. Polecam!
