Bedbug on the nightstand next to the bed at check in. Immediately asked for a refund and found another hotel. If there was some in one room the whole hotel is compromised.

Do to hurricane Imelda I had to return home early. I cancelled the prepaid reservation through the app 2 days before arrival. Never heard from the property.
