fine room but terrible customer service
Pros:

The room had good amenities, better than average bed, the whole hotel was recently re-modeled

Cons:

the front desk. first, lied about the room not being ready when it was an hour after check in started, couldn't find the reservation because she would not search under the names or the confirmation number I had. Then when Booking intervened and gave the same information, the rooms were ready and reservations recognized. zero effort to meet the accommodations the hotel said it would.

Cons:

There was a guy that yelled and screamed for about 45 mins to an hour in the middle of the night. I’m not sure why hotel staff don’t address it sooner/or at all. it could clearly be heard throughout the hallway. Otherwise our stay was fine.

Pros:

It was very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The two ladies at the front desk (one at night and one in the early, early morning) were both super friendly and helpful.

Cons:

It just seemed a bit expensive for me, but I think that's the average price in California.
