Pros:

Need to get new towels. Towels are like sandpaper and look brown instead of white.

Pros:

Everything was wonderful. The staff was friendly and courteous, our cleaning maid (Erica) was wonderful and provided all we needed. We were close to the centro historico. They were able to organize tours for a very reasonable price. AND the breakfast/dining room area was very clean.

I like the service there at holiday inn the beds are comfortable. I don't like the towels are too old the hotel is getting old they need to upgrade the rooms. the carpet have been the same as I remember. I order food I liked half of all the items I ordered. I love the french frieds yes but everything else I dint like

Staff was good. The place is run down. Furniture looked old and dirty in room. Was not happy with this location. Holiday inn should be embarrassed to put there name on this hotel

Really enjoyed the stay. All toiletries w were provided. Breakfast included. Food was very delicious... authentic mexican breakfast. Cafe de olla is a must try!

Very convenient to walk around downtown
But I did not like my room. It was very depressing because I had no window access and when I made my reservation there was no information saying that I will have a staircase blocking the window
