Did the job for a short business trip
Pros:

Picked this hotel on the basis of it being near the train station. It provided a nice, central base in the city for a couple of days.

The gym was also a factor, but it was a bit disappointing so I ended up training in a nearby fitness centre instead.

The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed, decent bedding and best of all powerful air-con which was essential during my stay.

Would probably stay here again.

Comfortable and relaxed!
Pros:

The location was perfect! And the soaps were really nice too

Cons:

The shower was a little dirty, but nothing too extreme. It might have been rust honestly

Pros:

Camere molto belle e ben arredate, colazione discreta, servizio non ottimo ( alle 09.50 dicono che bisogna sbrigarsi perche alle 10 tolgono le cose -difatti non è proprio cosi ma in ogni caso non è affatto cortese tanto meno in linea con il livello della struttura ). In camera mancano le bottiglie d'acqua, però su richiesta mi è stata portata.

Aangenaam hotel, personeel en restaurant, kort verblijf maar heel erg de moeite.
Pros:

Bij aankomst mooie kamer upgrade gekregen, dat was een heel leuke verrassing

Cons:

Niet de schuld van het hotel, was enkel een beetje moeilijk rond te komen met de auto wegens de werken er rond

excellent location and wheelchair accessible hotel
Pros:

one of our most carefree and pleasant stays .the location near the central station with the huge shopping center and its proximity to the city is unbeatable.As for the staff always there to fullfill our needs and desires. Last but not least5 the room was spacious as well as the bathroom with the accessibility features needed.

Eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung
Pros:

Die Lage nahe am Bahnhof ist günstig für Zugreisende.

Cons:

Eine Trainee hat einen Fehler beim Check In gemacht. Das kann passieren. Unzufrieden bin ich damit, wie mit der Situation umgegangen wurde. Es dauerte ewig, ich musste dreimal zwischen Zimmer und Rezeption hin - und her laufen, zudem mussten wir dann mit müden Kindern noch einmal das Zimmer wechseln, ich wurde als "this guy" bezeichnet und es gab keine Entschuldigung. Überdies war die Klimaanlage nahezu wirkungslos, dafür aber sehr laut. Eine sehr schlechte Erfahrung.

Muy buen hotel
Pros:

Habitación amplia con camas cómodas, muy buen desayuno, treats (gominolas y bombones) en el hall para coger gratis y el personal muy amable

Cons:

No es una pega, pero me hubiese gustado una bañera 😋

Faciliteiten op de kamer voor verbetering vatbaar
Pros:

- niet ver van centrum
- vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

- geen koffie op de kamer
- povere tot slecht wifi
- 35 tv-posten (Duits, Spaans, Swahili, Noord-Koreaans.... :) ... maar geen enkele VLAAMSE!!
