Helpful staff, comfortable stay and excellence location

great trip, some inconvinience but the staff was great
Pros:

the staff was really friendly and helpful. John and Sabastian at the bar were great hosts. Front desk staff was friendly and nice and really kept it professional.

Cons:

We spent a weekend in Utrecht from Friday to Sunday. A few days before arriving I requested an upgrade from a double or queen room to a king bed junior suite. I received message that the request was received, and I should see the front desk and they will grant upgrade based on availability (fully understood). When I showed up and told them about the request, they said they didn't receive the request and did not have any upgrades available at that time (surprised and bumped out but not upset, these things happen). A day or two days after coming back home I received a message on my emails that the request for upgrade could not be filled at that time (kind of late). Would have been nice to get that message before I went to check in.

While our stay was decent, the room was just HOT. Even though we set the AC to COOL (lowest temp 16 i believe) with the fan on high it was still hot. we were not able to open the window and couldn't feel any airflow and no way to cool down. made a pleasant stay just not so comfortable at night. Mentioned it on check out and they apologized and said they were informed by other guests of the same.

Pros:

Pequeno-almoço excelente.
Boa localização, mesmo perto da estação central.

Cons:

Wc um pouco datado.
Tinha uma zona de pequenas compras no lobby de entrada, perguntámos se podiamos comprar alguma coisa ( água e chocolate) e disseram-nos que não porque a máquina de registar não estava a funcionar.
Tivemos que sair do hotel e ir comprar nas redondezas. Não houve o mínimo interesse dos funcionários da receção em ajudar.

Şansınıza hava güzelse ve bir aktarmalı avrupa gezisi planlıyorsanız çok mantıklı trustik yerler oldukça pahalı
Pros:

Tren garının dibinde olması şahaneydi. Checkin 15’de ama valizlerinizi bırakıp gezmeye başlayabilirsiniz. Tabi insan iki odaya çıkayım bi üstümü değişip nefes alayım istiyor ama kesinlikle 15 öncesi giriş yok. Amsterdama trenle yarım saat. Oda temizdi. Duşta aynı şekilde kir pas kireç gibi şeyler yoktu.

Cons:

Sadece türkiyede mi oluyor bilemedim ama tüm avrupa konaklamalarımda asla odalarda terlik yoktu. Yani insan yere basmak istemiyor haliyle. Ayrıca tv de o kadar türk müşteriniz var bir kaç türk kanalı eklemek zor olmamalı.
