Pros:

La ubicación cerca a la estación de tren y centro denla ciudad. Es un hotel cómodo con muy buen desayuno .

Cons:

No limpiar la habitación en 2 dias seguidos.
Te ofrecen una bebida de cortesía.,Si tú indicas que no te hagan el cuarto para temas del medio ambiente. Sin embargo, aunque no lo hayas aceptado, dejan de hacerte el cuarto y el personal de limpieza no comprende el idioma inglés. Nos dejaron sin papel tu ballet y a pesar de haber pedido que al día siguiente limpiaran el cuarto no lo hicieron!! Se pagabin precio alto en estos hoteles pero no se recibe el servicio de limpieza😐

Pros:

Everything, it was clean the room space was more than enough for 2 people. The room had a nice view of Utrecht and the most importantly it was only few minutes walk from the train central which we used daily. I would go back again

The most disgusting and terrible experience
Pros:

Headboard scratched and stained. Couch old stained and smelly. Windows dirty sticky fingerprints. Hair in closet hangers, no Kleenex tissues, a/c not working. Gave us new room, as we went into the new clean room toilette was filthy with urine and excrement! I am warning everyone to stay away from this property.
Terrible experience, we had to storm out of the hotel.

Nice and clean, but felt like a hospital
Pros:

The hotel is clean like a hospital and has the normal amenities.

Cons:

It lacks charm. My room had 3 single beds and very little else. Felt like a hospital ward.

An enjoyable stay and an excellent introduction to the Netherlands.
Pros:

My wife and I stayed 5 nights over Easter with a group touring N & S Holland and Utrecht (tulips, windmills, museums etc). We were not alone in our group in finding the stay in the hotel very good indeed. Comfortable, quiet, well-appointed rooms, attentive staff and good meals. One good thing about the hotel was the absence of a rolling news on TV in the public areas!

Csodás panoráma, kellemes kis szoba.
Pros:

Csupán a hazaút előtti estén száltunk meg itt az egyik barátommal és nagyon kellemes, tiszta, meleg szoba volt. A recepciós hölgy direkt egy panorámás szobát ajánlott nekünk, nagyon figyelmes volt és tényleg lélegzet elállító volt a város éjszakai látképe.

Fantastische ervaring, het gevoel dat we welkom waren!
Pros:

Verrassend uitgebreid ontbijt met diverse spreads, zoals met kikkererwten/avocado etc
En een salade met biet en mogelijkheid tot het vers bereiden door het personeel van iets dat je mist. Vriendelijk personeel!
