Goede keuze voor een bezoek aan Utrecht
Pros:

We konden eerder inchecken en dat is leuk na een treinreis. Goed ontbijt. Kamers zijn goed geïsoleerd (of we hadden geen buren). Locatie is vlak buiten het oude centrum.

De slaapbank was helemaal doorgezakt en de ventilatie maakte enorm veel lawaai. Alsof er de hele nacht een wasdroger aan stond.

Pros:

Breakfast had a good variety of tasty food. Close to central train station.

Cons:

No one at reception when I arrived. When someone did eventually come out of the office area, she was not professional and could have been more friendly. The ladies at reception throughout the rest of my stay were friendly and helpful.

wij waren tevreden maar nogmaals hygiëne kan beter
Pros:

Het ontbijt was erg goed en de dame die daar was verdient een dikke pluim. De locatie is voor ons ideaal aangezien het dicht bij het theater is en bij het centrum. Personeel was aardig en beleefd. Wij waren nog een drankje aan het doen in de bar en die had nog wel iets langer open mogen blijven vonden wij.
