I have long been a fan of Hampton Suites, but was disappointed with this stay
Pros:

The staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel was clean including our room. The breakfast had quality items on the buffet.

Cons:

There was a large stain on the carpet in the hallway on the 2nd floor. The was damage to one of the nightstand on the right side. There was damage to the shower door track clips. There were black spots that looked like mold on the bathroom ceiling over the toilet.

Sucks to stay in Macon…
Cons:

Staff was rude and I checked out early because of it.
Checked out 2 hours after checking in
Worst stay at a Hampton Inn ever. I want my money back but thats highly unlikely .

Location and Staff is very friendly. Room was better than the one we had 2 weeks ago. Probably the best staff of any hotel that we have stayed in.
