Já conhecia este hotel. Muito bem localizado para caminhar pela cidade e também perto de transportes públicos.

Porto was great but hotel was disappointing.
Pros:

Breakfast was good. Plenty of choice. Pancake maker was out of order.
Room. See next response.
Location was good

Cons:

Air conditioner had a problem. First staff member who came spoke no English. Translation on her phone was not easy. Eventually a maintenance work came and fixed problem. Front desk staff were unfriendly. Room was tiny, shower slippery. My experience did not match up with reviews on booking site.

Pros:

The location was amazing. I did not have to use any public transport. Room was clean and so was the bathroom. House keeping lady on my floor was very kind (level 4). I loved the tiny balcony on my room, I could see the Cross procession very clearly. Breakfast selection was excellent, they even had a fresh orange juice machine to use.

Cons:

I had a single room, which was very small. The bathroom was extremely cramped. Water dispenser machine was broken. Reception staff and bar tender could have been a bit more friendly and welcoming.

A localização é muito boa, tinha água disponível para os hóspedes e o café da manhã é muito bom.

Cons:

A internet estava horrível, tivemos que mudar de apartamento e mesmo assim a internet não funcionou. O depósito de malas não é organizado. Algumas luzes não estavam funcionando.

Hotel très bien situé au cœur d'un quartier animé. Possibilité d'explorer le centre historique à pied.
