Room was great, we did not have breakfast and its a great location.

Cons:

You charge a lot for parking and to be honest with the cost of the hotel, we personally feel this should be included in the price. In addition - you advertise drinks in your bar at once price and then we were charged extra - why?

I knew it was a ripoff but bore the cost because of convenience of location.

If we do more events with The Arts Theatre we can negotiate a good good rate inc. parking
Pros:

Location was perfect and for the 10 hours I was there it was a very comfortable room with caring staff on thre desk and valet. I did not eat there as I was only there for an overnight due to working at the Cambridge Arts Theatre in the evening.

If your sales manager is interested - I would appreciate a call about possible CCPL rate including parking.

Cons:

When I booked I chose the hotel because it had parking... I was not expecting to pay for parking as this was not made clear on your website or booking.com where I booked my room. This needs to made clearer - I do not like hidden cost surprised and fell cheated because of that. Maybe ensure this is made clear when valet take the car or at the front desk. For the time I was there I could have found on street parking without penalty as did my colleagues.

Wonderful, I would stay again.
Pros:

The rooms were big and comfortable. The location was great. We had the premier bar included with our room which was lovely as there was complementary drinks and nibbles for a couple of hours in the evening.
Breakfast was busy but lovely. The staff were very helpful with my sister as she is gluten free. They cooked her separate breakfast.

Grear location, very friendly staff

Cons:

The children got terribly sick with upset stomachs. The only thing they ate that we did not was ice from the hotel icemaker opposite the lift. Staff shut it down for checks but we never got an update. Admittedly using an ice machine in England in November was foolish but they are kids got excited- it was so exotically American
Result was a spoilt family weekend, as with suspected norovirus, we had to isolate. In the end no one who didn't take the ice got sick, so not a virus
