The location is excellent and the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Great location. Friendly and helpful staff. Valet parking, though expensive!

Cons:

We were put in a room adjoining another room and the person in the adjoining room snored extremely loudly causing us to be unable to sleep. Eventually, at 3pm we informed the night staff who came to the room and agreed it was unacceptable. They were extremely helpful and took us to another room to sleep for the remainder of the night.

Location is perfect for the city centre, clean and friendly

Cons:

We had two (small) double beds in one room so that 4 of us could stay only problem was the interconnecting door which has no insulation and therefore from midnight to 2am we heard the conversations of the residents next door to the point we had to call the night security at 2am to ask them knock their door to ask for them to be quiet..there should at least be some sound proofing..the reception staff told us the hotel are aware and looking to change the doors great but that didn’t help us with out lack of sleep!

A comfortable one night stay

Cancelled another night there. Seemed a shame to spend time in an hotel in Japan which could have been anywhere.
Pros:

Very close to the station. Cheap.

Cons:

Generic three star hotel which could be anywhere in the world. Lacked the usual high standards of Japanese hospitality or aesthetic.

the bad experience i had with the breakfast.
I got the breakfast 10 minutes before it finish, and they started retiring all the foods. This made me feel quite uncomfortable, so I left the breakfast area and looked for other option in Cambridge.
A very bad experience. I did not expected from Hilton
