Great size for a hotel room. Fantastic location! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The bar area is lovely too and welcomes all ages comfortably.
Check in time is quite late (4pm).
Location and Cleanliness
Not enough concierge’s so had to wait very long for parking and luggage storage
Hotel position, accessibility were excellent. The facilities we used, which were the reception and our room were both excellent.
The floor in reception was ridiculously slippery, especially to fall leather soles shoes.
Position and ease of parking. Excellent staff.
Breakfast not very good quality our value for money.
the room was hot and dry
the bed was hard and uncomfortable, the pillows were massive and hard
Nice location with massive room and lovely interior
No problems
Flew over to Cambridge for a lecture on Jane Austen by the great Lucy Worsley. Stayed overnight in the Hilton Cambridge City Centre. It was perfect. Location is fantastic as it is near everything. Room was very spacious & comfortable. Breakfast was really good and there was a great choice. Staff were so helpful & pleasant to deal with.
Excellent welcome from Concierge and Reception staff
The music at breakfast was inappropriate and too loud. This made for a less-than-relaxing meal and a very noisy environment where people raised their voices to be heard over the music that would have been more suitable for a disco
Ideal location, staff were friendly and helpful.
Only location nothing else.
Our room was the dirtiest room we have ever seen in our life. Disgusting carpet, probably not cleaned for months, dusts flying everywhere. What does your cleaner do? Manager? Will definitely not coming back to you hotel ever again.
Good location, good breakfast, nice and clean.
The biggest downside is air conditioning. The air is SO dry and stuffy that it made existing in the room very uncomfortable. Even worse, the windows in the room were locked. Staff said they can't open it because of security reasons. That makes sense, but a small gap with genuinely fresh air would make a huge difference. My wife and I are very sensitive to air quality, and this experience was honestly quite bad despite all the valuable upsides of the hotel.
Great location lovely room beds very comfortable. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful and attentive. Valet car parking well worth the money.
A little short on Yorkshire tea bags and one pack of biscuits… no fresh milk but this was sorted at reception.
A service charge being included in my bar bill
Location and valet parking
A bit tired
