Pros:

The room was comfortable and well appointed. It was an ideal location for a city break. The in room fridge and hospitality tray was a bonus

Pros:

Great help from 2 receptionists when I realised I had left my dress trousers behind. They were able to direct me to two local shops that were still open at 18:45 on a Saturday evening - saved me form embarrassment!

Cons:

When I phones receptions and housekeeping to source some mint tea bags for my wife, no one picked up. (I walked down to reception and sourced the tea bags successfully)

Excellent location. Rooms well sized and clean high standard

Cons:

Room 110 we stayed in had an adjoining door to room 109. The voices and content of talking could be heard we assume because of the door. Neighbours talking late and very early disturbed us each day - we should have asked to move after first night.

It was fine but rather expensive.
Pros:

Convenience to town center, great breakfast included.

Cons:

There was no availability of a microwave. I’m a Weight Watcher and never eat all my food so I save it for lunch. I don’t like to waste

Weekend in cambridge
Pros:

Love the location and now this is our go to place when visiting Cambridge. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. The valet parking is a nice touch and the car park is safe and secure. The rooms are quiet ,clean and comfortable. Breakfast is always good with lots of choice for cooked or continental or fruit.
