Great location, a bit pricey but very comfortable; excellent staff; we recommend and would return
Pros:

Location was excellent
Breakfast was very good; refurbishments going on in that area were dealt with really well by the staff
The spacious lounge area was perfect for meeting up with some relatives living in Cambridge
Secure (valet) parking was a bit expensive but professionally done
Great to have bathtub as well as shower options

Cons:

Very slow check-in at peak arrival time (maybe unexpected staff illness); other guests getting irate with that unfortunately

Do not book here, it's not worth the trouble with the payment issues
Pros:

Nice hotel, but do not book this Hilton. They kept taking payment out of my bank for the room. Price kept changing and then have today sent another invoice for the stay. Absolute joke

Cons:

Payment system is so wrong. Staff don't know what they are doing, with regards to payments and charging

If we had had proper guidance with the car parking, we would have given a better review.
Pros:

Clean room. Quiet. Super convenient for all the main attractions.

Cons:

Despite telephoning the hotel ahead of time about parking, we we spent way too much time finding the parking and worrying about the car. Noone mentioned that the hotel's own valet parking would be the most practical way to park the car in the VAST carpark attached to the hotel. And no one at reception really knew how to get in and out of the car park. When you are spending just a day in the city, visitors need better advice.
