Unclean room and tiredness of hotel were not worth the £199 charged for one night.
Pros:

Very easy and convenient location. Allowed me to check in 1 hour early. Staff at reception and bar were extremely friendly.

Cons:

Went to have a bath upon check in. Bath towel for floor was still wet, presumably from previous guest. Hairs in the bath also. Broken tissue dispenser hanging on bathroom wall.

Pros:

The lady on reception was really helpful. She was lovely with my daughter who was really anxious. She also helped when a taxi refused to take my daughters assistance dog.

Pros:

Easy to get too and good rate

Cons:

Only issue was the shower wasn’t that warm quite cold couldn’t get it hot.
Breakfast was ok but some of the cooked breakfast items were lukewarm

Friendly, helpful staff. Great location for the conference centre

Comfortable and well looked after
Pros:

Stayed before for weekend functions. Just off the main road, but pleasantly quiet.
Rather utiliarian rooms, but perfectly comfortable and decent size.
Pleasand breakfast and evening meals.
Function area was poorly lit, but we managed.
Recommended.

Exactly what we needed. 😊
Pros:

Facilities were lovely and clean, the biggest bonus of all was the sky sports not only available in the bar but sky was in each of the rooms so it wasn’t just basic TV, hubby could watch the football and little one could watch Disney kids. 😊 happy husband, happy wife, happy mum, happy child, happy life

Cons:

The only downside to our stay was that we were limited on times we could swim due to the pool being closed for swimming lessons,
Definitely check the swim timetable to save disappointed children.

Nice place to stay, a real effort to improve the decor, if only they can do the same for the rugby!
Pros:

Have stayed here about 10 times and have never been disappointed (other than the majority of the Wales rugby results). Rooms have been refurbished so has really improved the place, bar is excellent as is the breakfast. Staff always friendly and eager to help - first class service.

Cons:

The only downside is the look of the place it is very dated - but the inside is very modern and of a high standard.
