Lovely staff, ICT needs updating, meals need to improve value for money.
Pros:

It’s very convenient for ICC with a safe pedestrian route to it. Staff went out of their way to help me with WiFi but eventually they had to move me to a different room.

Cons:

Breakfast at £16.95 was disappointing - no fresh fruit except oranges, and tinned instead of fresh tomatoes. Room WiFi didn’t work, QR code on TV for food and drink didn’t work, text messages from reception couldn’t be replied to.

Zimmer ok für eine Nacht. Viel zu teuer.
Pros:

Lage in der Nähe der Autobahn. Viele Parkplätze. Frühstück ok, mehr aber auch nicht.

Cons:

Zimmer völlig abgewohnt. Putzfrau stand plötzlich im Zimmer. Hatte kurz geklopft, und kam dann einfach rein. Preis viel zu hoch.

Not worth it
Pros:

The property itself wasn’t so bad. It was okay.

Cons:

The hotel was uncomfortably hot. The night staff were rude. Our toilet was leaking, soaking the bathroom and the hallway of the room, and we were told “there’s nothing I can do about that, we’re full” I had to make suggestions for solutions, and the reception desk did not seem to care.
