Exactly what we needed. 😊
Pros:

Facilities were lovely and clean, the biggest bonus of all was the sky sports not only available in the bar but sky was in each of the rooms so it wasn’t just basic TV, hubby could watch the football and little one could watch Disney kids. 😊 happy husband, happy wife, happy mum, happy child, happy life

Cons:

The only downside to our stay was that we were limited on times we could swim due to the pool being closed for swimming lessons,
Definitely check the swim timetable to save disappointed children.

Nice place to stay, a real effort to improve the decor, if only they can do the same for the rugby!
Pros:

Have stayed here about 10 times and have never been disappointed (other than the majority of the Wales rugby results). Rooms have been refurbished so has really improved the place, bar is excellent as is the breakfast. Staff always friendly and eager to help - first class service.

Cons:

The only downside is the look of the place it is very dated - but the inside is very modern and of a high standard.

Would definitely stay here again if we are in the area, would not plan to eat here
Pros:

Our room was great - spotlessly clean and spacious with everything we needed at hand
Location is great for the ICC - just across the road with plenty of parking

Cons:

We had planned to eat here but changed our mind and walked a mile up the road to a pub for food. At times when the bar was busy there was one staff member and later in the evening noone behind the bar we noticed a few people wait at bar and as no sign of staff walked away

Justifiable value for the money
Pros:

The room was clean and very cosy and comfortable. The location is also close to ICC Wales where we attended an event which is really helpful for us.

Cons:

Only thing is when we booked the room it says has a soundproof feature but we can hear guests or staff coming in and out of other room and or banging the door or people talking next door. Otherwise the stay is very pleasant and the hotel itself is so clean.

It was a great weekend
