Easy stop over for a music gig
Very disappointed as booked a double standard room well in advance,checked in around 2.15 after checking in from 2pm,only to find they had given us a disabled access room,bathroom floor was very sunken and water was not hot either I have emailed to raise this disappointment but no reply.

Friendly staff, good lounge space and rooms were clean and spacious. Great breakfast.
Issies at checkout as the 'holding money' was not explained to me at check in leaving me confised, and embarrased in front of other guests. The womam who handled this however was graciois and feiendly and handled the complaont very well, however, this process should be explained better at checkin tp prevent issues. Pillows also very uncomfortable.

Great room and great location
Had to pay for parking and got ripped off by machine for two days not one. Parking should have been free according to the booking reference.
All the staff very friendly. Service was excellent. Rooms comfy and clean
The only thing that could be improved is that you had to run the cold water tap over the sink for 5 minutes before it came warm. The shower was also not warm enough and couldn’t be altered
