The only thing we found uncomfortable was the beds and pillows. The beds were quite hard and so were the pillows.

One star for our stay would be generous!
We arrived at the property at around 10.15pm. Checked in and went to our room. We were then rudely kept awake by a man in the room below us shouting and swearing for about an hour and a half. Our children were trying to get to sleep, as were we, given the reason for booking the room was to get a good rest prior to driving home today. This couldn't have been further from what was achieved. I called the front desk soon after this noise started and the member of staff said he would do a walk around, this didn't happen so I called again to receive an apology and was told he was busy with other guests. My husband then personally went to the desk to let the member of staff know the noise was continuing. The member of staff attended the room (we think) and the noise then stopped. By this time it was gone midnight and we could have been three quarters of the way home which quite honestly we wished we were.
The room was booked for 4 guests, so how many towels would you expect? 4 is my guess! But no, we had 2. The kettle contained stale water so this hadn't been emptied.
Breakfast was ok.
If you want a decent sleep, then don't book here!
Excellent service and a very pleasant stay. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and breakfast was excellent, with the option to order additional dishes from the breakfast menu. There was plenty of parking available at the hotel for only £5 per day, which was great.
We booked a room with an extra-large bed but were given a double bed instead. Fortunately, it was still comfortable enough for us. Overall, we were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel.

We loved the breakfast buffet and especially loved the alternative milk and bread option as my youngest son is allergic to milk. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much for them.
I had come back to my room after breakfast on my last day before check out time and the housekeeping was being carried out.
