I am not happy with stay

Cons:

The property itself was good, and we came to stay with our family. However, there was no drinking water bottle provided in the room. At around 12 midnight, we looked everywhere for water but could not find any.

When I asked the receptionist, he said they do not provide water bottles for the room because we booked a “medium room.” I was very surprised because I paid £252 for the room, and still they could not provide even a simple water bottle that costs only a few pence.

This felt very unfair and disappointing. We have stayed in many hotels before, and this is the first time we experienced a hotel not providing drinking water in the room. Because of this experience, I had to give a low rating.

Comfortable with excellent facilities
Pros:

Room was well equipped and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Room was very clean. Breakfast buffet was excellent good variety on offer.

Cons:

Only downside was how long we had to wait for food in the evening (over 40mins) but the food when it eventually arrived was excellent
