Cons:

The restaurant. The service was OK, it took a long time to get the bill despite asking twice, note that only 4 tables were occupied so it wasn't busy. More importantly (i have never complained before so unlike me) .. I ordered a starter, Fried Squid. I was very disappointed to received what amounted to no more than 2 rings of fried Squid, chopped into small pieces with lashings of some sauce. That cost almost £10 .. terrible value for money and an insult to serve a customer so little food regardless of it being a starter. Portion size should not be huge, no even big.. but it shouldn't be so little it feels insulting or even a prank. Maybe it was an ounce of Squid? for £10??? You're not a Michelin. Pros:

Ben fuar için geldiğimden lokasyon iyiydi, fakat şehir merkezi, AVM veya herhangi bir markete en az 700 metre - 1000 metre arası yürümek gerekiyor. Hotel temizdi.

Cons:

2 gece konakladım. Odamda ki kurutma makinesi çalışmıyordu, içinde parçası kırılmış sallayınca ses geliyordu. Yatmadan önce duş aldım, saçımı kurutamadım. Telefon ile resepsiyonu aramak istedim. Resepsiyonun kısa kodu yazıyordu, fakat kısa kod ile tuşladığınız hiç bir şey çalışmıyordu. Booking'den kurutma makinamın bozuk olduğunu resepsiyona bildirdim. Ertesi gün hotelden çıktım kurutma makinem değiştirilmemişti ve gece geldiğimde tekrar duş aldım. İki gece üst üste ıslak saçlarım ile yatmak durumunda kaldım. Odamda ki klimayı açtım, fakat gece boyunca açık kalmasına rağmen ısıtmadı. Zaten elimi fanın önüne tutunca soğuk-ılık arası üflediğini gördüm. Kahvaltı büyük bir salonda yapılıyor, fakat ilginç bir şekilde ekmek, peynir ve labne seçenekleri son derece yetersizdi.

Such a prime location for us as a family of 4, easy access to everything, town park, shopping, cinema, flipout, eateries

Great property and location we’ve been visiting this hotel since 2017 and the new refurb is lovely asset to the building.

Cons:

Shame since Covid you have stopped the little things that made us return, like the cookies and milk tokens for the children in the evenings, and colouring competitions etc

Comfortable and nice staff breakfast was pretty good
Pros:

Breakfast was pretty goodstaff in general were very friendly a little disappointed that my son and friend 14 near 15 weren't allowed in the gym even with an adult present both have memberships for local one. was raining and outside roof drain was leaking badly outside of our window but inside rooms were spotless and comfortable
