Walk down memorie lane for mom.
Pros:

A very warm welcome from the start. The rooms are very clean, comfortable, you have full control of the temperature of your room, which I found very helpful as I am staying with my elderly mother.
My mother also has dementia, and the staff in the restaurant, we're so patient, friendly, making such a lovely fuss of mom, made her stay very special.

Cons:

We had a short stay, staying three nights. We had clean fresh towels DAILY, your rooms are checked DAILY too. The security upto your rooms are on point too.

Great hotel if a racing fan....or if not!
Pros:

I've stayed here a few times and love the friendly welcome from Stephen and the team.
Although the front of the hotel looks tired, inside its clean and warm.
The parking is secure and the fitness room is ideal, if that's what you like.
Definitely recommend this one.

Comfortable stay
Pros:

Breakfast was ok had to wait for fresh fried eggs but everthing else was plentifull

Excellent. Can't wait until our next stay!
Pros:

Booked hotel as we were going to the races as well. Excellent location, staff always friendly. Have stayed here several times and always thoroughly enjoy it!

Cons:

Didn't know that the hotel offer discounted tickets to go to the races.

Gteat night of racing,stayed overnight in room overlooking the ring,excelent night sleep lovely bath & shiwer drinks in dining arra afterwards,eife had nacho chicken & i had fish & chips very enjoyable & served by a veru poliyenlitylenold ladu ,bteakfast was ample coffee,cereal,full breskfast ,easy to get a taxi totake us to mander center shopping overall a very enjoyable expetience will be back

We had a lovely stay from start to finish.
