Pros:

Restaurant and bar on site.
The front desk reception was amazing! Courteous, kind.

Cons:

There were no towels in my room.
The floor looked dirty.

The room, and bathroom it was clean.

Cons:

There were a few bugs and seen a couple roaches, the pool was closed. The pool area needs to be cleaned up and updated to look better and the pool should be cleaned. Needs updated pool furniture and umbrellas. It's sad you have a nice pool yet not a pleasant 1.

It was completely horrible the worst experience of my life.
Pros:

The room had roaches, was half cleaned, the staff was horrible and the food was horrible.

Our stay was very pleasant and relaxing
Pros:

We really liked our room it was nice and clean we also enjoyed going to Jakes Bar/Grill.

Cons:

The breakfast could be better they often run out and having more options to choose from would be great.

Pros:

The girl at the counter was wonderful. Booking.com reserved a room for me that was not available. This is the 2nd time booking.com screwed up, but the girl at the hotel got me a better room and did not charge me the difference. She was amazing. Booking.com is the worst app I've used it twice, the first time it ended up with me going to a different motel and they never refunded the money from the first motel where they booked me in a non handicap room and they could not put me in a handicap room because there were none available when I arrived because booking.com booked the wrong room. I ended up having to go to another motel where they had a handicap room available. This hotel here was able to correct booking.coms mistake without it cost me any extra.

Very lacking breakfast waffles and biscuits and gravy . And misc other lower level stuff.no no staff to clean up tables. An back fill.

Cons:

Need the washer and dryer fixed, only one washer works and one dryer,the dryer blew cold. And in the room, the sink plug doesn't work,found another room I stayed in didn't work. Blow drying your hair with out a mirror isn't easy.
