Bad experience. But tired needed to rest.
Pros:

Location was great, conveniently highway we were traveling and restaurants were close.

Cons:

When we arrived the staff was in their cell phone and didn't get off...checked us in during conversation on phone.
The towels were the dingiestci have ever seen in my life. The sheets had wrinkles, even though we had coffee there was no cups, creamer or sugar.
This morning I go to the lobby to get cup of coffee young lady was very tired, not helpful at all and had no creamer. No sugar and didn't offer to look for any.

Pros:

Room could have been cleaned better,towels had cig burns in them,no hand towels and towel to step out of tub. Need to put coffee back in rooms. Have to wait till 9 or 10 to get coffee,and no cream. Hasn't had any . I've asked to be checked into room 105 I'm always told it's handicap, we are handicap with a handicap license plate.

Pros:

The staff was friendly. However I paid online through Booking. Com and for one of those nights I was charged again at check in.I had receipts for the 8th to 9th and the 9th to 10th where I prepaid online. We were there due to a hurricane evacuation in our hometown. At first the room looked ok enough. Once we got food for dinner roaches came from under the bed,out of the nightstand and the mini fridge..disgusting. My husband reported it to the front desk,they replied with, yeah they need a extermination team to come. We had no choice but to stay as everything else was booked because of the hurricane. I don't recommend staying there!

it took over an hour to check-in, the room was filthy and not been cleaned. asked for sheets so we could change the sheets that had not cleaned. waited 90 minutes and had to go get them ourself and no one said anything why room was not cleaned. not even i am sorry.

Glad it's over
Cons:

It takes them 30 minutes to check in 1 person. I stood in line 2 hours. It was very uncomfortable to have to stand there and wait that long. Then had to drag everything up stairs

The bathroom had a horrible leak that was pooling up all the way infront of the. The towels were nasty and and stained. The bed felt like I was about to fall out of it.

Pros:

There was nothing to like about that place. It was misrepresented in the advertisement there was no breakfast there was no restaurant there was no bar the place the air conditioner was messed up the room was dirty it was horrible. I was there for less than 1 minute turn around and left out of my room and told the girl at the front desk that would be and I want my money back

We liked the area

Cons:

Roaches were in the room and the refrigerator leaked water over the floor. No towels were in the room. And the pillows were spoiled we had to go get clean ones. Jakes isn't open and that's the reason we went. They really need to upgrade the breakfast.

AVOID!!! Bed bug infestation here!!!

Location was the only positive this stay

Cons:

Infestation of bed bugs in both rooms they put me in! Ensuring I brought none back home has been an expensive nightmare! Staff was sleeping at arrival (roughly 9pm). Staff was VERY nonchalant about the bed bugs - definitely not new information to them!!! Avoid this location at all costs!
