Comfortable beds, clean bathroom, great location, friendly and helpful staff; I would stay here again.
Pros:

Location- near airport, I-565. We had a room in the back, upstairs, so it was fairly quiet. You could slightly hear interstate traffic.

Cons:

First room smelled musty and then when the upstairs shower turned on, water rained into the bathtub in our room. I was quickly relocated to another room. An annoying noise, that no one could track, was in another room of a family member. Again, staff happily switched their room.

We came for an overnight stay and tournament in the morning. We got what we paid for and a little extra so I would stay
Pros:

Property was clean as well as our room. The room was clean, the mattresses were comfortable, the room door was secure. The walls are not so paper thin that you can hear the next room snoring.

Cons:

This property has been here for a while and you can tell that it's been renovated quite a bit because there are still some little things that are a giveaway.
Sliding lock on bathroom door that wasn't level,
an old style bathtub, an old air conditioning unit, etc.
To get around the property, you kinda need a map.
