Go Elsewhere - Not a 4 star - one star at best

What a lie - this is NOT A 4 star best western. As a diamond member - working back up to diamond select - i have stayed at Best Westerns from Paris Vienna London Innsbruck Munich Slovenia - and this Desperately needs a Full Renovation - COMPLETED (read - it doesn't take years - if you put the time & $$$$ into it) i believe the owners are way over their head and don't understand what they bought. The renovations need to done - and NOT by 5th graders as others said. Every area in this place needs done OR even redone - staff training, cleaning, internet, rooms.

This BW Is going to keep going down. Needs to lose Best Western brand. More like a one star hotel & cheap rooms.

I don't need Management response trying to cover up their lack of incompentce by responding with excuses

Great stay! Wonderful staff! Convenient location
Pros:

I can not say enough great things about the staff and our stay!! My mom is elderly and unsteady and our tub was slippery so I asked for a bath mat (for the tub) and the staff made a run to Walmart to get her a brand new one!!!! Excellent service!!! Also, breakfast was included!! Will return!
