Pros:

Terry at the front desk was Awesome. Give him a raise he was polite and helpful

Dirty dirty dirty

Cons:

I didn't like that the room we were in had dirty sheets, a moldy picture frame, and when my husband went to sit down the lamp above him fell on top of him. Tried to call and get a new blanket. Was told they would call me back in 5 minutes 30 went by so I called back. I was yelled at on the phone that unless I wanted to move rooms at midnight with 4 kids there was nothing to be done. We literally just wanted a clean blanket to sleep with.

Man! My wife and I love this Spot, this is our honey hole that has everything that you can want in a Hotel, excellent service with a great staff and the complimentary breakfast is awesome 😎. We have established a great relationship with this Hotel and there's not another place we would rather stay when we come to Huntsville/ Madison!

Cons:

You can't get us to say anything bad about this hotel.
