The room didn't have a microwave or mini fridge. The ceiling was in bad need of repair. The bathroom was nice, but the room felt as if it needed some updates.

Overall a poor nights sleep secondary to noise. Avoid elevator area if booking.

Cleanliness could have been better. Dust on surfaces etc.
Informed upon arrival that the bar could not sell alcohol due to a licensing issue
Very noisy in general, could hear conversations in adjacent room very clearly, near elevator so lots of people coming going (until 2 am, children running / yelling around elevator very late. adjacent room loud until 2 am
Main complaint is noise.

Would probably not stay again but the bartender in the hotel bar was fantastic!
Pros:

Location was good.

Cons:

Need to pay extra to get refrigerator in room. Kinda ridiculous this day and age. Hotel feels like it’s stuck in the 80s and probably the same mattress.

Breakfast Horrible
Pros:

Decent Hotel but the breakfast is horrible. Restaurant staff needs to be retrained. Bar staff was extremely nice and stayed open late for us.

Pleasantly surprised
Pros:

It was surprisingly very impressive. I could not really tell if the hotel was going to be good based on pictures. I was blown away when I came in to check in. A lot more upscale then the pictures of the outside would make you believe

Cons:

Room was nicely updated. I felt safe during to the layout of the hotel.

Nice place to stay
Pros:

The stay was very nice, Hotel is perfectly located for business in downtown Fort Smith. Olivia, On the front desk, went above and beyond what we expected during our stay to help make my wife's birthday perfect. Her positive attitude and can do efforts made the stay memorable

Not a bad stay for a business trip
Pros:

The room was a pretty decent sized room, I wish I would have had the time to try the pool and fitness room. I would most likely stay here again.

Worst stay ever
Pros:

Bugs were in the first two beds of the room s they put me in. The third room had no bugs in or on the bed. The building has mold and mildew throughout

Wonderful people/staff and close to a great coffee job a few minutes away.
Pros:

The staff at front desk were very nice & welcoming. I ordered dinner at the bar and they too were very nice and overall service at this location was excellent.

Cons:

No complaints. I found a great coffee shop within a 5 minute walk from the hotel.

Pros:

Everything was amazing! Beds were comfortable and staff was very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

We had a double queen room (4people) but only 2 bath towels. Otherwise is was perfect!
