The room was clean
I didn’t like that during g my stay my room was broke into and I had money and other things stolen out of my room …. After I reported it to the worker at the front desk he/she acted as if I was lying about it .. even went as far to tell me they don’t know what I’m talking about ….also this happened on the same day (1hr before )as someone was breaking into rooms and setting fires …. The entire hotel had to be evacuated and set in the parking lot for almost 3hrs it was about 5 to 6 fire trucks on site and it was a big ordeal …. Asked for a refund so I could stay someone else and they declined to give me one …

They lied to me about giving me a refund because we didn't even stay we walked in seen the room and left

Everything was wonderful. The Staff was very friendly. Everything was clean. Has a restaurant downstairs.
There is very little parking. I had to park around the corner in a different hotels lot. There was no fridge in the room.

This hotel was dingy and dirty, which is especially disappointing considering the "downtown" price. Walls and doors were considerably scratched up, furniture was stained and torn. We turned the A/C down to 65, but it was still hot in the room. The A/C unit itself dripped all night, keeping us up and making a huge puddle on the carpeted floor.
The bed wasn't very comfortable and the sheets had visible stains.
Everyone was very nice, it was clean.
No trash liners in trash cans, no microwave, no mini fridge, indoor pool was freezing cold, check on the price of breakfast and it was $16 per person, that's crazy, for $240 I think it could have been better.
The hotel was nicer and fancier than expected
Originally we were accidentally booked to a room that was clearly being worked on (desks were moved around, spray bottles were out, and it smelled of mildew). HOWEVER, we made the staff aware and they fixed it by upgrading us to a suite, free of charge. Turned into a very, very nice stay for us. Privacy rooms, double bathrooms, it was awesome.
