Das extrem schwache Frühstücksbuffet führt hier leider zur Abwertung des Gesamturteils
Pros:

Das Hotel bietet eine ausreichende Anzahl von Parkmöglichkeiten für den Mietwagen und man ist schnell bei der London Bridge. Wir hatten ein sehr schönes Zimmer mit der geräumigen Dusche und Blick auf dem Pool mit See im Hintergrund. Es war sehr sauber und die beiden Klimaanlagen waren wirkungsvoll und recht leise. Der Poolbereich war aufgeräumt und die Wassertemperaturen sehr angenehm, sodass wir hier recht viel Zeit verbrachten.

Cons:

Leider war der Empfangsbereich mehrfach nicht besetzt - sodass eine nicht funktionierende Zugangskarte aber auch fehlende Badetücher im Poolbereich etwas unnötig lange Wartezeiten erforderten. Beim Frühstückbuffet wird man mit dem Statement "HAPPY BREAKFAST STARTS HERE" empfangen, was die Erwartungshaltung etwas in die Höhe treibt. Leider führt gerade dieses Frühstück zur Abwertung des Gesamturteils. Sehr magere Auswahl an Speisen: z.B. kein Bacon (!!!), keine Möglichkeit ein Spiegelei oder Omelette zu bestellen, keine Auswahl an frischem Obst. Einmalteller und Plastikgeschirr ist heute in den USA zwar fast überall normal aber wirklich nicht mehr zeitgemäß!

Great facility, wonderful and supportive staff, and yummy breakfast!
Pros:

The continental breakfast is always a hit. Dylan (night desk clerk) and Sheila (morning desk clerk) were incredibly helpful and understanding. They both went above and beyond to help us not only with hotel questions, but last minute changes to our stay that really helped us feel welcomed and supported.

Cons:

I have to admit- as much as we enjoy the continental breakfast the cheese omelets are not great. I don’t know if there is a different recipe or supplier that could be used? But those are our least favorite.

Location and parking were perfect for a racing event at Havasu.
Breakfast was just right.

There was a college fraternity event at the hotel which was very disruptive.
Yelling and running down the halls late at night.

Great location. Great pillows.

Cons:

They made an effort to renovate the room but just at the surface: colors, bed covers, bathroom sink/counter look modern. But horrible mattress. Sliding bathroom door barely slides it's so heavy. Its frame barely holds in place. You expect it to fall off its frame/hinges, everytime to open/close it. Charging $300 for the room is a joke. Elevators looks and sounds like it's original from the 1950's. You charge enough: use that money to renovate this building properly.

Disappointed
Pros:

Breakfast was good. But I paid over $250 per room and we could not get any cold water anywhere in the hotel, the hotel room had scratch on it on the paint, parking was horrible as boat owners took 5-6 spots per car and boat. The hotel is nice but the value went out the window with these prices
