Had a good time was just disappointed with the mattress room cleanliness urine smell

Cons:

The bed was uncomfortable. The pillows were pretty old. The patio was covered in animal urine. Not really what I would expect from a Hilton associated property

Cons:

Bed was old and creaking. Spring out in one mattress. Phone broken, iron broken, key did not work. We left after 1 night it was so bad.

WE had a lovely stay; great location, great amenities, great staff, great breakfast, We loved it!!
Pros:

The facility was very pretty, great location, the pool was beautiful, the breakfast area was great and the food was plentiful and great! All staff that we had contact with were very pleasant and helpful.
We had a very nice stay and would certainly stay here again.
The location with the lake view was excellent!

Cons:

Our room set up was great and veiw was awesome of pool and lake.
The only suggestion I have would be to have some work done on the bathroom shower caulking and overall cleanliness of bathroom, tile floors. Also, suggest to have the pillow cases/sheets exchanged at least every other day, without having to ask for that.
But, none of these issues were extreme, and we totally enjoyed our stay and would recommend to others!!

It would have been better if we had gotten some sleep.
Cons:

Noisy group of, apparently drunk, individuals in a nearby room kept us awake for several hours (11:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m.). We called the front desk to report, but unsure if any action was taken. I don't blame the hotel for booking or hosting the group, but it was a very unpleasant experience.

Cons:

They charged us for our stay on our AE card even though we had paid through Booking.com. We discovered it and were able to get it reversed but it left a bad feeling about the hotel’s bookkeeping or honesty.

A nice stay
Pros:

Our room is clean and spacious, and the bed is comfortable. I really appreciate the hotel keeping coffee and tea in the hobby. The breakfast is fine, and the free parking is a plus. I also like the convenience of check-in and checkout via the Hilton App. We actually walked from the hotel to the London bridge to see the holiday nights, and it was a nice walk.
