almost superb!
Pros:

everything worked, desk man adjusted my cell phone! friendly staff and fellow customers. hospitality staff are excellent please consider additional compensation.

Cons:

rooms showering above room 243 caused plumbing water supply noise in through the south east corner of the room a 10 -20 minute disturbance nightly.

Pros:

Loved Rhonda at the front desk. That was our 2nd time staying there, and she's been there both times...she is super cool! The room was comfortable and the breakfast was nice! I like how they keep fresh coffee in the lobby 24hrs!

Will never return to this hotel.

Our first experience upon walking in was being greeted by the front desk person who was busy working. We arrived before our scheduled check in so we wanted to see if we could check in early, we were obviously interrupting what ever she was working on and it showed on her face that she was irritated. While we were waiting for her to finish her task one of the people in my party commented that there was a bar on site and she said “well they only open on Friday and Saturday” very rudely. It really wasn’t a very welcoming first impression. It wasn’t until she recognized another person in my party who had stayed there previously that she started to warm up to us. Which felt a little off putting since I had travelled very far to stay there. The beds were horrible! We were set to pay about $800 for the 3 nights we were scheduled to be there and you couldn’t even turn over in the bed without it creaking. When you sat on the bed you sank all the way down to the box spring.

Very nice, but didn't like the noise of the outside door.

The location was great and the food was great. The staff was friendly and the amenities were very nice.

Cons:

Are room, 127, was located by the outside door. Beginning at 6:30am, we kept hearing the door slam over and over with people going in and out. It woke us up and we were not able to sleep after that.

Персонал не приветливый. Номера очень грязные и имеют странный запах. Первый номер в который нас заселили был очень грязный и вонял, попросили другой. Переселили в другой, он был немножко лучше. Но ковралин был очень грязный. Запах стоял неприятный. Бассейн грязный. В отеле не чувствовали себя безопасно, слышимость сильная. Так же не понравилось, что чек аут в 12:00, но в 11:00 к нам постучали, мы шли к двери а они уже открыли её сами со словами «мы просто проверяем кто выселился, а кто нет». А если я в этот момент моюсь или еще что-то. Персонал заходит за час до выселения в номер..

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn in Lake Havasu City and it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Huge kudos to Crystal and her entire team for creating such a welcoming and well-run property. Special recognition goes to Marissa, a truly professional associate who went above and beyond when I realized I had forgotten my phone charger—she quickly located one for me and made the whole situation seamless. That kind of genuine, proactive service is rare and deeply appreciated.
The breakfast area was spotless and the food was consistently tasty every morning. The bar was equally immaculate. The rest I’m was cold and spotless. Every detail reflected a staff that takes real pride in their work and knows how to take care of guests.
All in all, this is exactly why I choose to stay at Hilton properties and I’m a Diamond member. The Hampton Inn Lake Havasu City delivered excellent service, cleanliness, and hospitality that made my stay both comfortable and memorable. Highly recommended—I’ll be back!

Cons:

Facility is worn and old. The bed was very uncomfortable and noisy. It needs a remodel. The elevators were not air conditioned, so it was like a sauna in there.
