Cons:

They charged us for our stay on our AE card even though we had paid through Booking.com. We discovered it and were able to get it reversed but it left a bad feeling about the hotel’s bookkeeping or honesty.

A nice stay
Pros:

Our room is clean and spacious, and the bed is comfortable. I really appreciate the hotel keeping coffee and tea in the hobby. The breakfast is fine, and the free parking is a plus. I also like the convenience of check-in and checkout via the Hilton App. We actually walked from the hotel to the London bridge to see the holiday nights, and it was a nice walk.

I thought being Hampton inn by Hilton they would have cleaner carpets and beds would be somewhat comfortable as well as
Pros:

The location was good. And the staff was friendly. They had breakfast but we only had coffee but it looked good.

Cons:

The bed was very uncomfortable, the carpet was gross and sticky. The rooms need to be really cleaned. The halls carpet needs cleaned.

Gutes Frühstück mit zahlreichen Auswahlmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir Betten, welche beim Umdrehen ständig knatzten und quietschten.
So etwas gehört ausgewechselt.

Frühstück war ok. Aussicht vom Frühstücksraum auf den Lake Havasu.

Cons:

Sehr alte in die jahre gekommene Zimmer. Armaturen im Bad defekt. Schmuddeliges älteres Zimmer. Viele defekte abgenützte Möbel. Lift/Aufzug war defekt. Als Decke nur 1 einziges Leintuch sehr ungemütlich und kalt. Zu wenige Bade-und Duschtücher.
