Very accommodating. Room was clean and quiet. Beds were very comfortable.
Room was clean... mostly
Couldnt shower at night because there wasn't hot water. Morning was just warm enough jump in and out. Coffee machine had old water and mold growing. No breakfast as advertised just a 10% discount to long horns next door. I dont write reviews but had to write this one.
It had a pool
The pool was in a weird spot so it was shady most the day

Clean; courteous staff
Lousy breakfast, NO creamer for coffee, no towels in pool area, no poo bags for dogs. I always bring extra, but not everyone does. For an extra $40 per night, it’s not unreasonable to expect them to be provided. No microwave in room.
The staff was awful. They gave us the wrong key and told us the wrong room number. The line was incredibly long and the staff member took forever to get through it. The continental breakfast was a joke. Coffee with no cream. Biscuits and nothing else. Ridiculous. Stressful. Not worth the money.
Recently updated and modern. Grab and go breakfast was good. Nice workout room. And filtered water in several places.
No automatic door in the entry. Is this even legal? Being ignored when we checked in. Woman at desk was talking to what appeared to be a hotel worker. After that she was doing something on the screen for 5 to 10 minutes. Hotel nearly empty and we were put way in the back where I-5 road noise is really loud. On the way to the back are 2 sets of stairs to climb with suitcases. Got on wifi on our phones but the signal in the hotel Internet was so weak we couldn't get our iPad or laptop to connect. The TV couldn't connect either. Parking lot needs to have the white lines repainted. There are 2 sets of old lines that are different widths...and at night are virtually impossible to tell which ones are correct.
