Friendly/exceptional front desk staff noted in several reviews
On-site restaurant praised by multiple guests
Pool and general room facilities mentioned positively
Cons:
Complimentary breakfast advertised but frequently not provided
Inconsistent housekeeping (hairs in shower, dirty carpet in some rooms)

Instances of being given incorrect room configuration (e.g., no requested 2 queen beds)

Categories

Cleanliness
7
Mostly clean rooms and several mentions of 'very clean' or 'immaculate', but multiple reports of hairs in the shower, dirty shower/carpet in some rooms and inconsistent housekeeping.
Service
7
Mixed service: several comments praise excellent front desk and staff, but there are notable service failures (no airport transfer for early flights, unanswered phone, overcharge and no refund, poor response to room plumbing issues).
Location
9
Consistently praised as convenient, close to freeway and food options, good for Napa visits and described as a 'great getaway location'—location is a clear strength.
Room Quality
8
Rooms often described as comfortable with good beds and generally nice, though occasional issues (temperature control, in-room phone not working, some cleanliness concerns) were reported.
Amenities
6
Amenities are inconsistent: pool and room facilities noted, but repeated complaints about promised complimentary breakfast not being available, unreliable airport transfer, spotty Wi‑Fi/TV internet connectivity.
Value for Money
7.5
Some guests state it is good value and fresh/new; however, problems like unexpected charges, lack of advertised breakfast and service lapses temper the perception of value.
Food and Beverage
7
On-site restaurant received high praise in multiple reviews, but recurring complaints about no breakfast service (including for vegetarians) reduce the overall food/beverage score.
Overall Experience
8.5
Many guests report an overall nice stay and willingness to return, praising location, cleanliness and comfort; persistent issues around breakfast, some service failures and intermittent room problems prevent a higher overall score.

Comfortable room with nice location
Pros:

The location was convenient and the room was overall nice and comfortable.

Cons:

There were some hairs in the shower which makes me question if it had actually even been cleaned after the last guest. The rest of the room was clean though.

Cons:

The hotel claims to offer an airport transfer, which isn’t entirely true. If you have a very early flight, don’t count on it – they don’t provide the service and don’t offer any alternatives.
They overcharged my card by 50 dollars and haven’t refunded me.

Je ne recommande pas
Pros:
